If you want to do all of this, I would recommend the Islaan Floating Restaurant in Tarlac. You can enjoy your meal in the stunning scenery. Food is nice but a little bit pricey compared to other restaurants in the north. Anyway, Islaan Floating Restaurant is located in MacArthur Hwy, a town in between Tarlac City and Paniqui. So En route to Baguio, you have to stop and eat at Isdaan Floating Restaurant.

More Details:
- No Entrance Fee, but of course you need to order food.
- You may contact them for reservation. As you enter the restaurant, you need to register and reserve for a seat.

Attractions:
- Tacsiapo - where you will need to buy glassware (plate, cup, mug, saucer) and throw it to the wall while shouting Tacsiapo. The purpose of this, it to release the stress or anger.
- Boat ride - No boat ride fee. You'll just have to give tips to the boatman. 20pesos will do.
- Fishing - They will provide you a fishing rod to catch fish in the lake. When you caught one, you may ask them to cook it for you. Yes, you have to pay for that.

How to get there:
- Take a bus in Buendia Terminal/Cubao Terminal going to Sta. Rosa Laguna and ask the driver to drop you in Isdaan. Fare is around PHP133/head.

First thing that will catch your attention: the giant Mayan/Aztec-themed sculptures along the hi-way at Gerona, Tarlac philippines . There are giant fishes too hanging from giant suspended fishing-rods.

Upon entering the restaurant, youll find floating nipa huts for dining. Theres a lot to see around the place. There are some giant urinating/spitting statues of monkeys. Its a multi-player game where the players try their luck staying dry. The winner (the one who stay dry until the end) gets 1 kilo of free fish cooked any way the winner wants,

there are also giant golden buddhas much like in thailand, hong kong or in japan situated in a 120 feet high hill !...much like the giant buddha of hong kong you can also climb flights of stairs and able to have a bird's eye view of the whole resort!

there are also statues resembling boddhisattva's from borrobodur or angkor wat which makes the ambiance of this place...quite exotic!

among other attractions to see... Tyranosaurus-rex, kid's playground, statues of famous filipinos, nishikigoi farm, sheep wagons with free rides, balancing bridge, uniquely designed fountains and a famous aggressive therapy wall where you can therapeutically expel out your anger by throwing plates,cups and even a working t.v at it!....

not to mention the food in here is great!!!....ranging from fresh seafoods! (fried tilapia, shrimp tempura,spicy crabs) to indigenous filipino foods ( the slouchy kaldereta, the sweet and sour sinigang, and the marinated adobo! hmmmmmmmmm yum yum)

with fried rice, flora and fauna, sweet desserts, friendly people,exotic but nostalgic ambience...and musical presentations...WOW!...IT'S A LUXURY WHEN YOU VISIT THIS PLACE!)

it is located in the middle region of the philippines...so whether you came from the northern or southern part of the philippines or from the other parts of the globe...you can EASILY recognize it!...and getting LOST is not an excuse!
