Our journey began by raising the sails as passengers on board helped out.
After sailing for a while we had the chance to enjoy some beach time with an opportunity to go snorkeling.
The warm turquoise waters were inviting as we splashed around while writing in the sand.
We couldn't help but marvel at the amazing scenery.
Our journey included time ashore at Langford Reef and Bali Hai where we had a chance to learn about the incredible biodiversity.
Relaxing on the boat we looked out at the scenery, read our kindles and munched on delicious chocolate cake.
We then visited a second island where we spent time walking along the beach, taking photos and drawing our names in the sand.
It was certainly a day we'll never forget.
This is part of our Travel in Australia series. We're making a series of videos showcasing Australian culture, Australian arts, Australian foods, Australian religion and Australian people.

Constitution Dock is the harbour-side dock area of Hobart, the capital city of the Australian state of Tasmania, in the Port of Hobart, on the Derwent River.
The dock is adjacent to other Hobart landmark areas, Victoria Dock, Salamanca Place and Battery Point, and forms part of the foreshore of Sullivans Cove.
The dock consists of a rock-walled marina with an opening for boats. The bridge is normally closed, allowing pedestrian access around the dock. The dock is normally used by motor pleasure boats, yachts, and fishing boats serving the city's fish market and restaurants, several of which are at the northern end of the dock.More info:

Mount Wellington, officially known as kunanyi / Mount Wellington[1] (Aboriginal: Unghbanyahletta or Poorawetter[2]), is a mountain in the southeast coastal region of Tasmania, Australia. The mountain is the summit of the Wellington Range on whose foothills is built much of the city of Hobart.
The mountain rises to 1,269 metres (4,163 ft) above sea level[3] and is frequently covered by snow, sometimes even in summer, and the lower slopes are thickly forested, but criss-crossed by many walking tracks and a few fire trails.[5] There is also a sealed narrow road to the summit, about 22 kilometres (14 mi) from Hobart central business district. An enclosed lookout near the summit provides spectacular views of the city below and to the east, the Derwent estuary, and also glimpses of the World Heritage Area nearly 100 kilometres (62 mi) west.More info:

The Salamanca Market
This picturesque market is located in the historic Georgian sandstone buildings of Salamanca Place (Hobart -- Tasmania- Australia) as its backdrop and yachts and fishing boats moored nearby.
It started as a community market with only 12 stalls in 1972 running only every Saturday on Hobart's summer. In September 2009, changed to a Council owned independent profit making company and currently have around 300 stalls which includes original, hand-made Tasmanian pieces, from woodwork to jewellery, fashion to fanciful, glassware, ceramics running all year but still only on Saturdays (8am to 3pm). Also , the organisers welcome Buskers (as you can see in the video) to entertain people.
Surrounding the market, the historic sandstone warehouses are home to Hobart's cultural hub, full of galleries, cafes, craft shops and restaurants and bars.

Day 5 Highlights 2011
The 2011 Swisse Mark Webber Tasmania Challenge reaches its conclusion in Hobart with competitors taking on a frantic final day of racing in the rolling hills and sparkling harbor of Tasmania's picturesque and cosmopolitan capital.
Australia's second oldest city, Hobart has developed over the last decade from a sleepy, pretty waterfront community to a vibrant, bustling centre that leads the country, if not the Southern Hemisphere, in art and culture.
The opening of the Henry Jones Art Hotel, a restored jam factory, in 2005 led the art revolution and the launch of Mona - the extraordinary Museum of Old and New Art -- at the start of 2011 has been described as the most significant addition to Australia's cultural landscape since the Sydney Opera House.
The day's racing, however, is all about exploring Hobart's natural beauty in the suburbs beside the Derwent River, through the city parks and in the foothills of the 1,300m-high Mount Wellington, which dominates the skyline and provides the ultimate weekend playground for locals and visitors alike.
Checkpoints will be dotted around the city with locations including Chimney Pot Hill, Knocklofty, Mount Nelson and Queens Domain on the western side and Lindisfarne, Montagu Bay and Rosny on the east. Competitors will set off from the Henry Jones Art Hotel with the task of visiting as many as possible during an allotted time.
The course highlights the city's ease of access to a range of wilderness regions, with Chimney Pot Hill, part of the Ridgeway reserve, offering an unbroken stretch of natural bush; Knocklofty a wild area of heath and open woodland leading to a 375m summit; and Mount Nelson, once the site for one of a chain of signal stations linking Hobart with Port Arthur and now a native bushland with sweeping views over Hobart and Storm Bay.
In the heart of the city, meanwhile, Queens Domain is an area of park and bush on the waterfront that preserves the last remnant of the area's original endemic grassland and has unearthed Aboriginal middens that date it back to long before European colonists arrived in 1803.
In 1860 the site was commissioned as an area that belongs to the people and was once used to house the Queens Battery, which defended the city from attack. It is now a popular place for gentle Sunday walks, a destination for sports and home to the Botanical Gardens, the Aquatic Centre and the grand Government House.
Across the water, the bays of Lindisfarne and Montagu provide access to a number of small hills around which several suburbs have developed. These were the first areas to be settled in the east of Hobart and their population boomed when the floating Hobart Bridge was built in 1943, followed by the Tasman Bridge constructed 21 years later.
