Eanes Family Mahi Mahi- Deep Sea Fishing St George Island, FL.
Since I was a kid watching deep sea fishing shows I wanted to catch a Mahi Mahi. This day we went 12 miles from St George Island after leaving Apalachicola, FL in search of the fancier fish in the Gulf of Mexico. More nature did not disappoint and we catch a absolute beauty with the Eanes family.
If you only book a fishing trip once in a while, please consider going me next time. We book up over a year in advance. Call 850-901-7157 or email info@di-7.com.

This is a recap of our 23 mile float down the Edisto River April 11-13th, 2015. Dolphins feeding on mullet at St. Marks
My friend and I were fishing for reds and came across 5 dolphins feeding on mullet. we were at Saint marks, florida on the big bend. It was really interesting to see how they fed, and how fearless they were of us. They seemed to be playing with us at a point by just swimming right next to us and playing chicken with us in front of the boat.

Darrow Wilderness Trip Camp - Adventures of a Lifetime
Darrow is a group-oriented canoe trip camp. One third of the fresh water in the world flows through the wilderness of northern North America, and the canoe was developed specifically for travel through this distinctive environment. By focusing our program on wilderness canoe travel the campers and staff become more highly skilled and the trips are safer and more enjoyable for the camper.
The Darrow program today is based on the same simple formula as when it was founded by two Quaker educators, George and Janie Darrow, over half a century ago:
Wilderness tripping offers challenge, adventure, fun, relaxation, and a refreshing perspective on our complex world. It is based upon the development of specific skills. The senses of competence, self-confidence, and accomplishment that young people derive from leaving their homes and normal lives and learning to live simply and well in the wilderness are valuable steps in their development toward adulthood.
Natural surroundings lead hearts and minds to open to the power, beauty, and wonder of the natural world. This experience becomes an intrinsic part of a young person's education that can enrich them for the rest of their lives. We actively seek out and explore remote wilderness areas.
Limited enrollment leads to closer relationships between camper and camper and between campers and staff. Because our groups are small we do not have to regiment the lives of our campers. The atmosphere at camp is informal, direct, and friendly.
Guidance Not Pressure -- Challenge leads to growth when it is complemented by support. We have no need to create artificial challenges for our campers. No one is pushed beyond their individual capacity.
Individual attention given at Darrow encourages initiative and emphasizes cooperation with other campers, the staff, and the entire camp community. Immediate attention is given to individual or group problems.
We seek campers and staff who will enjoy and profit from a summer of healthy exercise and active adventure in the wilderness.

BP is responsible for this leak, BP will be paying the bill, but as President of the United States, I'm going to spare no effort to respond to this crisis for as long as it continues and we will spare no resource to clean up whatever damage is caused, and while there will be time to fully investigate what happened on that rig and hold responsible parties accountable, our focus now is on a fully coordinated, relentless response effort to stop the leak and prevent more damage to the Gulf.

STORYLINE:
As a giant oil slick lapped at southeastern Louisiana's ecologically sensitive coast, chefs, restaurant owners and seafood dealers were certain it would squeeze the state's 2.4 (b) billion dollar seafood industry.
Federal officials shut down fishing for at least 10 days from the Mississippi River to the Florida Panhandle on Sunday because of the uncontrolled gusher spewing massive amounts of oil into the Gulf of Mexico.
Fishermen still were out working, however: They have been dropping miles of inflatable, oil-capturing boom around the region's fragile wetlands and prime fishing areas.
Fishermen, oystermen, and everyone else who makes a living on the water are being paid to lay oil boom.
It's a lesson we learned from Katrina, and that is what we can do to help ourselves we need to do and certainly that's what we are doing, Craig Taffaro, the president of St. Bernard Parish in Hopedale, Louisiana said.
Even if the well is shut off in a week, fishermen and wildlife officials wonder how long it will take for the gulf to recover. Some compare it to the hurricane Louisiana is still recovering from after nearly five years.
Among the unknowns: how much longer it would take oil giant BP to stop the flow of oil from the site of last week's offshore rig explosion; how successful would be the attempts to keep the oily water out of seafood habitat; and how the oil would affect reproduction of oysters, shrimp, crabs and finfish.
The slick was threatening marshes and bayous east of the Mississippi River in Plaquemines and St. Bernard parishes - one of the state's most abundant oyster producing areas, as well as a source of shrimp, crabs and finfish.
BP is responsible for this leak, BP will be paying the bill, Barack Obama said, adding but as President of the United States I'm going to spare no effort to respond to this crisis for as long as it continues.
However, the oil on the surface is just part of the problem.
