Isleworth & Hounslow Charity has worked for the local community in London Borough of Hounslow for over 350 years. The short film was made by students from Lampton School as part of a Young Filmmakers Competition organised by Spark! the education business partnership and supported by Sky Skills Studios and other partners.

The vexatious legal action against Mike Buchanan for allegedly obstructing the highway in Parliament Square for a very short time during an anti-MGM protest on 1.6.16 rumbles on. He was originally found guilty of the charge by a female judge at Hammersmith Crown Court, but demanded a retrial at Isleworth Crown Court.
His 21-page legal defence - produced with the support of Ian, his legal counsel, a tip of the hat to him - resulted in the lawyer instructed by the CPS requesting an adjournment for a full-day trial, given the 'interesting and important legal issues raised'.
That trial will take place on Friday, 3 March, starting at 10am. We hope to see some supporters there, and we thank those who turned up for the latest hearing, including Geoff, Mike, and Ian (pictured), Tom and Ray.

Initially the Isleworth Public Hall was hired for the purpose of offering Jumua'h and Eid prayers. After finally registering WLMC as a charity in August 2011, our Islamic Saturday School called – Al-Faatihah, was inaugurated consisting of 7 classrooms accommodating for approximately 150 students. The Mosque has recently had its name changed to Isleworth Deen Centre.

Driving Instructor PASS RATES Explained ????// Approved driving instructors (ADI'S) can send off for their driving fault analysis report that lists their candidates performance when presented for UK driving tests during that term. Though this is out of the driving instructors hands once the pupil is behind the wheel, it can represent the level and standard of training before a candidate takes the test. An important point here is that driving instructors should be using their trained judgement to decide whether the learner driver is ready to sit the test. For example, can they drive independently in a variety of road and traffic conditions.
