It still has a large number of buildings dating from British and French involvement with the Canal. some of these buildings are still used by Canal employees and officials.you can see The monument of the victory of October 6, 1973,( was inaugurated on October 5, 1992,) on the east bank of the Suez Canal and was modeled on a bayonet//.Moreover This city has also the beautiful ismailia museum
