Ikuta Shinto Shrine （生田神社）, Kobe City
Ikuta Shrine （生田神社） is located in the Sannomiya ward in downtown Kobe City. It is a very important shrine for the local residents of Kobe City, specifically with the business community around Sannomiya ward.
Ikuta Shrine is larger than a typical city shrine, with a pond and a mini forest (wooded area) in the back of the shrine. The wooded area is full of interesting artificats and is believed to be an army camp during Ichinotani war.

Japanese Architecture - Hirota shinto shrine Part1
Hirota shinto shrine in Hiroshima Prefecture.
In this shrine, Amaterasu-Ōmikami is enshrined.This shrine was built in 1762.
Because the main hall is built on the hill, it rises the stairs of the stone.
A wooden torii stands in the middle of the stairs.
Cherry blossoms will be in full bloom in the spring.
This shrine is a traditional Japanese architecture.

Going Up the Kobe Port Tower [4K] POV
The Kobe Port Tower is located in Meriken Park which is waterfront park.
It is stands 108 meters tall and has rotating observation deck.

3D Itsushima Shrine in Snow
I happen to be able to shoot Itsukushima Shrine (world heritage) in Miyajima Island, Hiroshima in snow on 11, Feb 2011. Fuji W3 with homemade stabilizer was used. This is 30 sec version submitted to Sharp 3D Contest.
【4K】Walking in Shinano town, Nagano. To lake Nojiri and above.
Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
I was in Nagano Myokokogen for skiing and noticed a lake from the top. Next day I went there with my drone. The walk starts from Kurohime station. Had to find proper way to the lake as Google maps showed some roads which did not exist. The place is very rural.
When I put my bag into the locker I forgot to take a key :)
Before playing with drone I put camera a side to record some natural sounds why flying. After flying I got back to the station by taxi and then took a train. Few train station away I remembered that I forgot to take my camera. Had to go back, take a taxi and got in time for next train which goes once an hour. Station guy let me to use same ticket for Nagano city.

甲子園のスサノオ神社 The Baseball shrine in Koshien,Japan
A SUSANOO shrine is next to Koshien Stadium.
It's the shrine where it is here from ancient times,
but God of baseball seem to be deified from baseball fan.
SUSANOO is a brave god, so it is not strange.
There is also a corner of ball like stone statue and
votive picture tablet in a precinct.
The votive picture tablet is popular in circularity and the home base shape.

I participated in a three week exchange program at Mukogawa Women's University in Nishinomiya Japan. One of our special trips was a short day trip to Nara. Nara is famous for the Todaiji Temple, which houses the biggest Buddha statue in the world. It is also known for its violent, yet easily fed, deer. Here is one of the exchange students feeding them special deer cookies.
