It takes about 140 minutes by the Joban Line Limited Express from Tokyo Station to Yumoto Station. Yumoto Station is located in the center of Onsen resort.

The source of the Onsen, which boasts 5 tons of water per minute, is a natural sulfur onsen of 59 degrees Celsius, which boasts a discharge of 5 tons per minute drawn from about 50 m underground. LOL I was playing the game and then remember that I never saw a vid about Tak's car in this game so I dicided to make one.
The track is Death Mountain agaisnt the last drifting boss and I know, I know that I'm really bad at drifting in this game and the fact that you stick to the walls like glue until you stop doesn't help at all. And I just wanted to say that I like the cameo appearance of some of the cars from Initial D that appear in Team Kansai. Also, I almost forgot, I don't own any of the rights to the game or anime lol just own the copy of the game and the song is Speak Your Mind bye 12 Stones.
Ohh and sorry for the bad quality had to record it with a small digital camera lol.

Govt. approves policy on nuclear waste disposal

The Japanese government has decided on a new basic policy for the disposal of highly radioactive waste from nuclear power plants. It features a greater commitment by the government to select disposal sites.
The policy, revised for the first time in 7 years, was approved at a Cabinet meeting on Friday.
The government plans to bury high-level radioactive waste from nuclear plants at a depth of 300 meters or more in final disposal facilities. But the efforts to solicit candidate sites have made no progress in the past 13 years, due to strong safety concerns.
The new basic policy says the government will name suitable candidate sites for the final disposal facilities and will seek the cooperation of the relevant local authorities.
In an attempt to dispel public misgivings, the policy stipulates that the waste could be retrieved even after final disposal in the event of a change in government policy or other circumstances.
The relevant ministers have confirmed that the government will work to win the understanding of the public and local governments for the policy.
They also decided to draw up an action plan to set up interim storage facilities designed to store highly radioactive waste until the final disposal is carried out.
Abe, Pacific leaders visit tsunami-hit community

Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and leaders from Pacific islands have visited a coastal community hit by the March 2011 tsunami.
The leaders on Friday visited the community in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture. About 100 people in the community died due to the disaster.
The delegates are in the city for the Pacific Islands Leaders Meeting that will open later in the day.
Regulator OKs Sendai plant facilities' designs

Japan's nuclear regulator has approved the designs of all the newly installed facilities for the No.1 and No.2 reactors at the Sendai nuclear power plant.
The approval moves the Sendai nuclear power plant in southwestern Japan one step closer to restart.
Operator Kyushu Electric Power Company had been slow in submitting some of the design documents to the regulator. They include the designs of shared facilities, such as the control room's air conditioning.
On Friday, officials of the regulator said they finally confirmed the quake-resistance for these designs and that all the designs for safety purposes were approved.

On 29 Oct 2011, I measured radiation in front of a gate of an elementaly
school in Kiwa city, Chiba pref. Japan
The monitorinig place is 200 km from Fukushima Nuclear power plant, and 35
or 40 km to Tokyo, called Tokyo Hot Spot.
The monitor indicates 0.28 micro Sievert per hour in air at chest hight,
3.52 on roadside sand at ground level.
I am afraid that schildren's lung may chatch the dust from this sand in dry
and windy days.
100m from this school, There is a Garbage Ash Landfill facilities of Kashiwa
city.
It is told that radioactive materials are con densed in garbage ash. Kasiwa
city laid such high polluted ash in the landfill place near this elememtary
school till June 2011.
