Japan: Part 1 - Yokohama
In August, our family took a two week trip to Japan. I believe this was Lexi's first time in a plane & considering the long (~10h) flight, she did really well. We spent several days in Yokohama, going to Chinatown (the cleanest one ever!) and the Cup Noodles Museum. There, we selected a soup flavor & four ingredients to make our own custom Cup Noodles.

ハワイ 出雲大社 場所ですが、周辺を撮影しました。実は迎え側にチャイナタウンがあります。出雲大社って日本の神社ですが、同じ東洋ということでそこにあるのかな？
This is the Hawaii Izumo Taisha location, but it was taking a peripheral. In fact there is a Chinatown to pick side. Although it is the Japanese shrine Izumo Taisha, I wonder why Japanese shrine is located near China town. I guess by western people, China and Japan are the same oriental.

KIKAI AIRPORT ( KIKAIGA-SHIMA AIRPORT ) is one of the oldest airport in Japan, since 1931. Same year, HNEDA AIRPORT ( TOKYO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ) opened. It was one of the airport of the Japanese Navy during the World War II. It was closed once after the World War II, but it resumed since 1959 with passenger airport.
