J.C. Bamford Excavators Limited, universally known as JCB, is an English multinational corporation, with headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire, manufacturing equipment for construction, agriculture, waste handling and demolition. It produces over 300 types of machines, including diggers , excavators, tractors and diesel engines. It has 22 factories across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America; its products are sold in over 150 countries.JCB was founded in 1945 by Joseph Cyril Bamford, after whom it is named; it continues to be owned by the Bamford family. In the UK, India, and Ireland, the word JCB is often used colloquially as a generic description for mechanical diggers and excavators and now appears in the Oxford English Dictionary, although it is still held as a trademark.

JCB factory in Uttoxeter Demolished.

By Jon Gilmore :THE JCB site on Hockley Road in Uttoxeter has been demolished after 140 years of service.

Crowds turned up to watch the demolition including workers and Uttoxeter's Mayor, Pauline Morrison.

Workers were moved to a new site a few miles down the road at Beamhurst.

JCB Demolition machines - old JCB Factory, Uttoxeter

The redevelopment of a former JCB factory site in the centre of Uttoxeter is well underway,Willenhall-based Dismantling & Engineering Services Limited are using a range of JCB Excavators from 22 tonnes to 36 tonnes including a JS 220 with equipped with a heavy-duty JCB HM1570Q to remove the old concrete foundations which are up to six feet deep.

JCB Golf Course, Staffordshire - Animated Flythrough Proposal

The latest CGI fly through of the proposed JCB Golf Course at Rocester, Staffordshire.

Along with European Golf Design, BHB Architects have been involved in the masterplanning and development of JCB's Golf Course and the associated clubhouse adjacent the JCB World Head Quarters.

Proposals are set over 266 acres of previously arable farmland and include a sculptured 18 championship hole golf course; a new training academy and practice building; golf lodge accommodation and new site infrastructure.

BHB Architects role in the project includes traditional architectural design services along with principle designer services as part of CDM 2015.

This beautiful film was produced exclusivly for JCB to launch a new training programme and shows the importance nurturing people in the business. Filmed on location at JCB World Headquarters in Rocester, England and shot on the Blackmagic Production Camera 4K. Zeiss CP2 glass was used alongside the Canon 8-15mm Fisheye lens. Filmed in RAW 4K and graded in DaVinci Resolve onto a HD timeline.

In einem Steinbruch nahe der Costa Calida in Spanien, gab es nach ausführlicher Präsentation von Konzernzahlen und technischen Entwicklungen viel Neues aus dem Bereich der Kompaktlader, Teleskoplader, Tandemwalzen sowie Kettenbagger und Mobilbagger zu erleben. Neben einem Umsatzwachstum von 18 Prozent in 2011 und optimistischer Sicht auf das laufende Jahr, stand besonders das neue Flaggschiff der JCB Radlader - Serie, der JCB 457 mit neuem EU IIIB Motor, hier im Rampenlicht.
