Chubu Centrair International Airport to Nagoya Station (Central Japan)
May 10-11, 2017. We left past midnight. Our trip started from Manila Airport to Nagoya via Jetstar Japan.
After arriving at Chubu Airport, we took the Meitetsu train to Nagoya Station. Bought the Shoryudo Rail Pass beforehand which includes a free trip from the airport to Nagoya Station. Unfortunately, we entered the wrong cabin (for reserved people; should be at the unreserved seating) so we paid a little extra. Well, lessons learned. ^^,

Nagoya, capital of Japan’s Aichi Prefecture, is a manufacturing and shipping hub in central Honshu. The city’s Naka ward is home to museums and pachinko (gambling machine) parlors.
Naka also includes the Sakae entertainment district, with attractions like the Sky-Boat Ferris wheel, which is attached to a mall. In northern Naka is Nagoya Castle, a partly reconstructed 1612 royal home displaying Edo-era artifacts.

Japan Travel: JR Central Towers one of Japan's largest station building, Nagoya 14 Moopon
Completed in 1999, the JR Central Towers rise elegantly above Nagoya Station. The building consists of the 245 meter tall Office Tower and the slightly shorter and slimmer Hotel Tower. The nearby Midland Square surpassed the JR Central Towers built in 2007 as Nagoya's tallest building.
The building's lower floors are shared by the two towers and occupied by a Takashimaya department store, the Tower Plaza shopping mall and JR Nagoya Station. As their names imply, the Hotel Tower houses a Marriott hotel, and the Office Tower offers 30 floors of rental office space.
The former observation deck on the top floor of the Office Tower has been converted into the Panorama Salon, featuring a wine lounge, cafe, health spa and beauty salon offering panoramic views over the city. Likewise, the Hotel Tower offers nice views from a lounge and restaurant on its top floor.

Hi everyone! Today we spent the morning at one of the best museums I've been to - the SCMAGLEV and Railway Park in Nagoya! There's a number of train museums in Japan, but this is the only one to have the maglev exhibits! There's also a bunch of shinkansen including some of the first bullet trains and a bunch of other trains to view, inside and out. Thanks so much for watching!

Japan winter road trip - Northern prefectures (Nagano, Toyama, Niigata, Yamagata) - January 2019
A winter road trip to northern Japan with my friend, we completed the trip in 10 days. Some highlights of the places we've been (Jigokudani Monkey Park, Bessho, Takayama, Shirakawa, Mount Haguro, Ginzan Onsen, Zao Fox Village, Nikko). A lot driving footages in the video, in case you wonder what is it like to drive in Japan during the winter season. My advice is to drive really snow like between 40~50km, your car will likely skid a lot, you won't hurt much in case you got into an accident. Overall the trip was very well worth it, we took a route to stay away from the overly touristy places so we can so soak in nature a bit more. Comment below if you have any questions!
