Who is the Stranger of Jackson Park?

In the pathways of Peterborough’s largest park, passersby have photographed an enigmatic figure bathed in light.

While not inconspicuous in and of itself, the photographer says no one was standing there, leading supernatural investigator and founder of Peterborough Paranormal Mandy Rose to believe the picture depicts a spirit which haunts Jackson Park.

The Peterborough Jackson Park Bagpiper

Description
Came across this young man using the lower part of Jackson Park in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada to practice his bagpiping skills on this cloudy afternoon.
Could hear this music from 100's of feet away.
Learned that 'Caleb' (In His 20's) is from Kingston, going to a special Ottawa Cadet School and is visiting his friends and some band-mates in Toronto and Peterborough area.

I was delighted to have his permission and blessings to film his clearly well-tuned musical talent for a half hour!
Hopefully you the viewers and audience may enjoy it as much as I did while hearing it live.

This was filmed on location at the Park in Peterborough, Canada on April 20th, 2014 in the afternoon.

This is one of the places here in Peterborough, Ontario where I feel connected to nature and I wanted to share it with you. Nothing paranormal here, just an inside look at what I enjoy most about life and how I find my own inner peace. Blessings.
