A walk through Jacques Cartier Park in Gatineau, Quebec (across the river from Ottawa, Ontario) to see the special MosaiCanada150 topiary sculpture exhibition. This is part of the Canada150 celebrations and the topiaries are by Mosaïcultures Internationales de Montréal. Shot in July 2017.

Tour of Mosaiculture Gatineau 2018 topiary sculptures in Jacques Cartier Park in Gatineau, Quebec
After the huge success of MosaiCanada150, there is a new topiary sculpture exhibition - Mosaiculture Gatineau 2018. There are some repeats from last year, but also plenty of brand new ones. Just like last year, it's at Jacques Cartier Park in Gatineau, Quebec - just across the river from Ottawa. Shot in June 2018.

Just 30 minutes from Québec City, you’ll fall under the spell of a vast mountainous plateau cut by deep valleys. Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier is host to one of the most beautiful glacial valleys in Québec, the spectacular Vallée de la Jacques-Cartier. The Jacques Cartier River, calm in some places and turbulent in others, has sliced a 550-metre-deep channel into the plateau. A coniferous forest dominates the high plateaus, and deciduous trees people the deep valleys. Here, nature is both inspiring and serene.
À 30 minutes de la ville de Québec, vous serez séduit par un vaste plateau montagneux entaillé de vallées profondes. Le parc national de la Jacques-Cartier est l'hôte de l'une des plus belles vallées glaciaires au Québec, la spectaculaire vallée de la Jacques-Cartier. Celle-ci présente un encaissement de plus de 550 mètres où serpente une rivière tantôt calme, tantôt agitée. Sur ses hauts plateaux, la forêt de conifères domine tandis que les feuillus s'installent au fond des vallées encaissées. Une nature inspirante, qui respire la paix.

Jacques Cartier Park - Gatineau
Jacques Cartier Park is a park in Gatineau, Quebec, across the river from the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa. It is named for French explorer Jacques Cartier, who arrived at the mouth of the Ottawa River while he was looking for the Northwest Passage. The National Capital Commission (NCC) uses the site to run one of its popular annual events, Winterlude every February. It is also a busy site on Canada Day, offering activities such as music and dance shows throughout the day, entertainment and activities for children, and demonstrations by the Canadian Forces SkyHawks parachute team.
Maison Charron, the oldest surviving house in Hull, is located in the park. It was restored by the NCC in 1985 and is used for various activities.

MosaiCulture: This is the last summer (2018) for this fantastic floral garden to be viewed at Jacques-Cartier Park in Gatineau. Featured this year was 15 new floral arrangements that included the brilliantly stunning Bird Tree.
This video is intended to capture the spirit of MasiaCulture. And it certainly did for one British couple who was visiting Canada who thought the flowers were marvelous.
A souvenir shop sold a coffee table book to commemorate the floral display for Canada 150 what occurred in 2017. Also included was a booklet on the Bird Tree describing the various flowers that were used.
The coffee table booklet is called: Mosa Canada 150 Gatineau 2017 makes for a great collectors edition for all Canadians and visitors abroad.
