NEVER ENDING Indian STREET FOOD Night Tour of the PINK CITY | Jaipur, India

We started our never-ending Indian street food tour with some Chai at Sahu Chai Wala. They have a different type of Chai because they make it on coal and it simmers for a long time.
Next up is Aloo Tikki a deep fried potato patty with chick pea curry and Papdi Chaat a fried wafer snack. They were both delicious!!
To change things up we went and got a quick dessert called Mishri Mawa which is rice pudding with cardamon. A great way to change up the taste!
We then hit up a place to try some mouth fresheners. I tried like 7 things, but everything had spices so be-aware of that!
A must visit is Achar Shop which is a 180 year old pickle shop that has some of the tastiest pickles in the world! The best was the mango flavored pickle, wow so good!
Next is Kachori, a fried pastry with yogurt and chutney! A very tasty dish!
We had to hit up another pastry shop and we dried Laddu, which is basically a glazed doughnut. It was extremely sweet!
Then on to the main course to try some Rajasthani food! We tried Gatte Ki Sabzi, Daal, Aloo Pyaz Sabzi and Bejad Ki Roti. The combination was really delicious! The taste of the Gatte Ki Sabzi was the winner for me!
We then went on to try three things, Kadhai Ka Doodh which is milk that simmers for hours. Thandi which is like a Indian slushy with berries and nuts and Paan.
Out of everything we tried my favorite was the Rajasthani food! It was top notch!!
Here is the list of all the dishes:
-Chai
-Aloo Tikki
-Papdi Chaat
-Mishri Mawa
-Mouth Fresheners
-Achar Shop
-Kachori
-Laddu
-Gatte Ki Sabzi
-Daal
-Aloo Pyaz Sabzi
-Bejad Ki Roti
-Kadhai Ka Doodh
-Thandi
-Paan

TRADITIONAL RAJASTHANI THALI & Visiting AMER FORT, Crown Jewel of RAJASTHAN | Jaipur, India
On my first day in Jaipur I headed out with my friend Karan to eat traditional Rajasthani Thali and to visit a ton of main historical sites including the crown jewel of Rajasthan, Amer fort!
TRAVEL HUSTLE REPEAT GEAR ►
MY FILM MAKING KIT ►
We started our tour of the city by visiting the City Palace. This is where the royal family of Rajasthan live. The palace was built between 1729 and 1732, it is a museum and a royal residence.
Next up we swung by the Hawa Mahal, a pink sandstone palace which was built in the form of a high wall to screen royal ladies as they watched street festivities.
For lunch we headed to Torba restaurant to try some traditional Rajasthani Thali. It's very different from northern Indian food. A mix of vegetables, chutney's and breads.. delicious!
From there we headed to Jal Mahal a palace that sits in the middle of Man Sagar lake. The grand palace is made of red sandstone and most of it submerged.
To end out tour we headed to Amer Fort, one of the largest and most famous fortresses in Rajasthan. It also has the 3rd largest wall in the world. It's a fortress and a palace and the highlight for me was the Mirror Palace. Amer Fort was built in red sandstone and marble and the Maotha Lake adds a certain charm to the entire fortress.
I hope you liked this tour of Jaipur! If you did please give this video a thumbs up, leave a comment and subscribe to my channel for more awesome travel content!

HEAVENLY DAAL & NAAN + Touring FORTRESSES | Jaipur, India
During my second day in Jaipur, Rajasthan I headed out to visit the remaining two fortresses, Jaigarh Fort and Nahargarh Fort. During my visit to Nahargarh fort I had some of the best daal and naan I have ever had!
TRAVEL HUSTLE REPEAT GEAR ►
MY FILM MAKING KIT ►
I started the day by driving straight up to Jaigarh Fort. This is was the only fortress in Jaipur that was built as a fortress and not a palace. They also have the biggest canon on wheels in the world!
A short motorcycle ride from Jaigarh fort is Nahargarh fort. This is fortress has a palace for the king of the times nine wives and it also has some of the best views of Jaipur!
In Nahargarh fort there is a fine dining restaurant called Once Upon a Time, and there I had a light, but heavenly daal and naan bread! It really was a different level of northern Indian food.
Lastly I headed to Johri bazaar in the old town of Jaipur. This is a huge market filled with souvenir shops, clothing and jewelry. I bought a few things!!
I hope you loved this video of Jaipur! Have you ever been to Jaipur, Rajasthan or India? If so leave me a comment below! Please give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel!
