Vodeći svjetski turistički vodič, Lonely Planet proglasio je plažu Jaz najboljom evropskom plažom.
Nakon posjete prošlogodišnjem Sea Dance festivalu, Jaz je po tom vodiču mjesto koje ovog ljeta treba neziostavno posjetiti, što pozicionira Budvu i Crnu Goru kao najbolju turističku destinaciju, ispred Portugala, Francuske, Italije, Velike Britanije, Španije, Grčke i Litvanije.
Lonely Planet je prošle godine najavio Sea Dance kao drugi najbolji festival Evrope. Nakon posjete Crnoj Gori i festivalu, nisu krili oduševljenje plažom Jaz i to je rezultiralo ovim izuzetnim priznanjem. Nakon oduševljenja frontmena benda Jamiroquai crnogorskom obalom i njenom prirodom, za koju je utvrdio da je ljepša i od Majorke i Ibice, ovo je još jedan dokaz na koji način festival poput Sea Dance-a privlači pažnju svjetske javnosti na Crnu Goru i njene turističke bisere, izjavio je Dušan Kovačević, direktor EXIT festivala.
U svom članku, ovaj renomirani turistički vodič, koji godišnje koristi preko 300 miliona ljudi prilikom izbora najboljih destinacija za putovanje, naveo je da je plaža Jaz uz Sea Dance festival, aktuelnog nosioca Najboljeg evropskog festivala, najbolje mjesto provoda za sve one koji tokom svog boravka žele da osjete čari ljetnje avanture. Kako se navodi u tekstu, pored Jaza, ne postoji bilo koje drugo mjesto na koje bi trebalo otići na muzički festival.
U opisu plaže se i navodi da je Jaz smješten u neposrednoj blizini Budve, koju krasi očaravajući Stari grad i Citadela, koja se tokom ljeta pretvara u pozorišnu scenu pod otvorenim nebom u okviru festivala Grad teatar. Za sve ljubitelje adrenalina, koji ovog ljeta posjete Crnu Goru i Jaz, Lonely planet preporučuje dnevne izlete, među kojima je i obavezni rafting kanjonom Tare.
Lonely Planet je još prošle godine u majskom izdanju magazina, smjestio Sea Dance festival u Budvi, na drugo mjesto najboljih muzičkih dešavanja u Evropi, a nakon posjete festivalu, kao i plaži Jaz, nijesu krili svoje oduševljenje ljepotama crnogorske obale.
Taj uticajni turistički vodič se na ovaj način pridružio spisku vodećih svjetskih medija, koji u svojim izvještajima o Sea Dace festivalu, pišu i o crnogorskoj obali, kao pravom neotkrivenom biseru Jadrana.

As the jewel of the Montenegrin coast, Budva is well protected by the breathtaking mountains offering magnificent views of the Adriatic sea. Nestled among the 15 th century Venetian walls, Budva's Old Town is considerer to be a hedonistic paradise, and one of the most popular tourist destinations of Montenegro. The Budva Riviera bustles with natural resources, primarily beaches and little islands, but also with rich nightlife, social events, festivals, carnivals and exceptional restaurants. The cultural heritage and numerous monuments, archaeological sites, fortresses, monasteries and churches reveal a fascinating history of this fortified town dating back to the ancient times.
What to see and do:
- Budva Old town: The main attraction of Budva's Old Town complex is surrounded by ancient walls. Colorful, narrow and winding streets walled by small Mediterranean-stylehouses, small squares, stone-paved sidewalks, and other colorful places of the Old City attract many tourists.
- Mogren beach consist of two smaller beaches, and nestled against a backdrop of the Spas hill and lush Mediterranean greenery. Situated 200m away from the Old Town, it can be easly reached by narrow concrete path.
- Ricardova glava beach: Along the stretch of coast between the walls of the Old Town and Mogren beach, in front of Avala hotel, lies Ricardova glava beach. Beach is around 100m long.
- Dukley lounge beach: A small stretch of sand located in cove at the beginning of Zavala Cape, facing west towards Budva, has been dubbed the Dukley Lounge Beach. The beach can be reached by a footpath from Budva or Becici. It is 80m long and covers an area of 950m2.
- St. Nicholas Island: Island of St. Nicholas is the largest in the southern part of the Adriatic Sea. Its 2km in length and with its geographical position closes the bay of Budva and has three sandy beaches. Tourist from Budva are transported the pier on the islan by ferry.
- Slovenska plaza beach: The largest beach in Budva extends from city marina to the Hotel Park. Mainly pebbly, but sandy in parts, divided into several leased beaches, with many cafes and restaurants. There is a promenade running from the Old Town, throught the Zavala tunnel, and along Becici beach, all the way to Kamenovo. The city beach is 1,600 m long.
Budva is must visit place in Montenegro and the whole city is dedicated to provide best tourist offer. From best events to best hotels, from best restaurants to best discotheques,something for everyone … Everything can be found in Budva and everyone can enjoy in great holiday!

Beach Jaz is in the Budva Municipality in Montenegro located 2.5, km west of Budva. It consists of two parts, one 850 m long and the other, formerly a nudist beach, 450 m long. It is a pebble and sandy beach, with great restaurants and great fun offer with jet and boat rides and many more. If you need place to stay we recommend Vila Olivia:

MOJ UTISAK: Plaža poseduje veliki parking u šumici i mnoštvo marketa i prodavnica I idealna je i onima koji vole kamenje ,a to je od ulaza levo tj levi deo plaže, i onima koji vole pesak koji se nalazi na desnoj strani plaže. Skroz desno se na kraju nalazi rečica, kojoj ne znam naziv, ,tirkizne boje, gde se okupljaju ribolovci, vidi se u snimku. Cene lezajki variraju ali može da se nadje za 8e komplet. A pod samim brdom, zaklonjen od jakoga juga ili ljetnje bure, u prirodnoj hladovini mediteranskog drveća nalazi se restoran i hotel Poseidon koji ima i odličan plažni mobilijar sa ležaljkama u vodi! Sve u svemu, po meni jedna jedna od najlepših plaža u Crnoj Gori i svakako preporučujem svima!
Utisci drugih: Darovita je bila priroda prema ovom dijelu crnogorske obale. Na svega nekoliko kilometara od Budve u svojoj raskoši se pred očima putnika u nesvakidašnjoj ljepoti prikaže plaža Jaz, jedna od tri najduže plaže na crnogorskom primorju i svakako jedna od najljepših.
Plaža je velika i čista, kao i voda. Restorani su u prirodnom hladu, što je jako korisno ako idete sa malom decom. Mesta za parkiranje ima dovoljno, a iz Budve saobraća i autobus.
U toku naseg boravka smo isli i na druge plaze, ali smo zakljucili da je Jaz upravo ono sto nam treba.Jedna od ljepsih plaza, ako ne i najljepsa u Budvi. Voda je uvijek cista, kao i plaza bez obzira na to koliko ljudi boravi na plazi.
