Scuba Diving Fiji | Hammerheads in Savusavu
Such a great way to finish the trip here in Fiji, heading out to the dream house reef just off of the Savusavu coastline to check out the resident school of hammerhead sharks. One of the rarest and most sought after experiences in scuba diving is to get to see a school of hammerheads close up and this dive did not disappoint. Cruising at a depth of 20m we came across the school just off of the reef and in a 30 min dive we had 3 incredible experiences with the school. Unfortunately the footage was not good enough to show off the whole 200 that we saw but there were some close up encounters with individuals.

Fiji | Scuba Diving - Savusavu
A short teaser of whats to come, I had a couple of amazing dives while I was in Savusavu. Thank you so much Andy from Jean-Michel Cousteau's for having me on your boat.
Scuba diving in Fiji has been amazing, after travelling south east Asia over the years and diving so many places around Thailand, Into, Borneo and the Great Barrier Reef I can honestly say I have never seen such healthy coral and reef life. This is something amazing and all the dive centres in Fiji are doing an incredible job to protect it.
