Korea Trip | A Weekend in Jeonju
We spent a great weekend eating, exploring, and fully-experiencing all that Jeonju, South Korea has to offer! More:
Highlights: street-food everywhere, our lovely hanok accommodations, a free traditional Korean dance performance, foot massage, Jeonju's famous bibimbap, nightlife, discovering unique craft in the village, and the best Western-style brunch I've had in Korea so far.
This video is part of a new travel vlog series chronicling my boyfriend's recent visit to South Korea. Pardon the shakiness at some parts. We get better at it along the way!
He came for the holidays (December 15th to January 2nd) and stayed a total of 18 days. Within that time period I planned a full itinerary that got us from Seoul to Gwangju to Jeonju and then finally to Busan. I'm hoping to upload at least a video a week so please do stay tuned to see more of our travels.

Group 1 and group 4 of SNU Buddies had a short getaway from the city by visiting Buan and Jeonju. The 모항 해수욕장 (beach in Buan) was beautiful! 2 of my friends and I spent the following afternoon riding around on electric bikes and Segways through Jeonju.

I had to use background music since this day was so windy and it ruined most of the audio.
The bus ride to Geumsansa was about 1 hour. Also, the kimchi jjigae/stew was SO GOOD.
