Raglan Art Trail - New Zealand's Biggest Gap Year – Backpacker Guide New Zealand
Day 33: Today we are going on a Raglan Art Trail as a rainy day activity in Raglan! Join us as we check out the Art Trail in Raglan (despite the artist apocalypse).
Yesterday - Day 32 -
Tomorrow – Day 34 –
About this video:
Day 33 is here on New Zealand’s BIGGEST Gap Year but it seems like the weather is not playing in our favour. Nevertheless, the knowledgeable team at the Raglan Backpackers suggest that we do a Raglan Art Trail as today’s activity of 365 Days: 365 Activities. Let’s do this!
Map in hand, we go out onto the streets of Raglan, which has a huge wealth of art galleries for such a small town. However, the first couple of art gallery viewings don’t quite go to plan...
Nevertheless, we eventually find some awesome art galleries in Raglan, and also treat ourselves to a famous Raglan Roast coffee. If you want to explore the town of Raglan, or the weather is too crap to surf or go canyoning, then the Raglan Art Trail is a great thing to do.
So what do you think? Would you do the Raglan Art Trail?
Join the team of BackpackerGuide.NZ, Robin and Laura, as we challenge ourselves to 365 Days: 365 Activities in New Zealand. That’s right, we have to find some awesome things to do in New Zealand every single day! It’s the ultimate backpacking New Zealand experience! Even on rainy days like today, we need to find things to do. We hope this inspires you for your own trip in New Zealand.
