02/18/2012 Everyday Preparedness for Quick Response in Crisis Time
Last night, sometime past 6 PM, in Hualien county, a tour bus carrying tourist from China collided into a hillside and rolled over. Police and other emergency workers from city of Hualien immediately went to the scene for search and rescue work. The accident happend in Fengbin, Hualien county, a long distance from City og Hualien over winding mountain roads. Despite this, emergency workers arrived promptly. Also, Tzu Chi volunteers went to four hospitals to provide timely assistance to the injured.
