We got nothing from fishing but it's still a fun day!

Connor at Jim Smith Lake
Serena, Scott, Connor and I went to Jim Smith Lake in Cranbrook. Serena and I wanted to see it again. Dad used to take us there every weekday summer afternoon. Meenoy, Serena and I always had so much fun and never wanted to leave. But Dad always had to get back to his art. When I spoke with him before he got really ill, he expressed regret that he could have done more with us in those summers and stayed longer at Jim Smith. On this Fall day the wind was so strong and cold we could only stay a few minutes---again, not long enough!
