Spring turns China into sea of flowers
Colorful flower blossoms in parts of China recently attracted a number of visitors to marvel the sheer beauty of nature and to welcome spring.
In southwest China's Guizhou Province, vast expanse of cherry blossoms decorated Gui'an New District and Qingzhen City with vibrant pink and white, while visitors gathered to enjoy the view and take photographs.
In Anshun City, special face patterns made of yellow, white and purple rapeseed flowers made the tourists turn their heads.
Rapeseed flowers of different breeds forming different colorful patches and fields dotted with houses created a scenery similar to oil-painting.
In north China's Shanxi Province, the pink-white apricot blossoms signified the arrival of spring and attracted endless stream of visitors as well.
In Jishan County, over 20 hectares of apricot flowers are in full bloom, creating breathtaking views over terraced fields.
While in Jinzhai County of east China's Anhui Province, fiery-red azalea blossoms in green mountains presented the vibrant beauty of spring.
