Cette plage de sable rose est située sur la rive sud de la paroisse Smith's aux Bermudes.
Bien que très populaire auprès des locaux, elle est beaucoup moins fréquentée par les touristes étant donné qu'elle se situe un peu loin des principaux lieux touristiques.
La mer est calme et l'eau est cristalline. La plongée en apnée est d'ailleurs excellente à cet endroit.
On y retrouve un grand stationnement ainsi que des toilettes. Il y a un petit parc à côté de la plage.

Quick tour review of John Smiths Bay Beach in Bermuda! This is one of my personal most favorite of the beaches I was able to visit, with the first being Warwick / Jobsons Cove. Horseshoe beach is nice, but very touristy so there will be crowds to compete with.. I never made it over to Elbow, but next time!
This beach has scooter parking literally 30 feet from the water, and it's very accessible. You will love it, so definitely check it out. It's probably a 5-10 minute ride from Horseshoe bay beach.

Waves | John Smith's Bay Beach | Bermuda
Bermuda is a small island, but beaches are the best and most are free.
What I like about this beach is the waves. There are small waves on regular days.
Location: Smith Parish, Bermuda
How to get there:
By bus - Take bus #1 or bus #3 from Hamilton or St. George and get off at Devil's Hole, and it will be a short walk from there.
So why I recommend this:
* The beach is free.
* Small waves for a little excitement.
* Fine, white sand beach.
* There is a parking space that can accommodate both cars and scooters/motorcycles.
Note: The beach is not so crowded on regular days, but crowded during holidays, especially Somers' Day and Emancipation Day which is around last week of July or first week of August where people spend 2-4 days at the beach camping.
I love this beach and will come and swim here in a heartbeat.

My favorite is Cooper’s Island. Why?
- Most of the time it’s only you in the beach.
- Perfect spot for sunset and sunrise.
- Long stretch of white, fine sand beach.
- Peaceful and quiet.
Turtle Bay is just beside it.
The most convenient way to go there is by car or renting a scooter or a moped. You can also take a taxi, but make sure to inform the taxi driver of what time you will be picked up as there are no taxis that pass there and the bus stop is far.
