Jons Kapel er en tør ovn, som er opstået af bølgernes slag mod klippen. Kapellet ligger tæt på det tidligere traktørsted Gines Minde på Bornholms vestkyst, nord for Hasle.
Jon blev sendt til Bornholm for at gøre bornholmerne kristne. Han slog sig ned i grotten, der i dag er kendt som Jons Kapel. Snart blev bornholmerne nysgerrige efter at se, hvem denne Jon var, så de tog ned for at hilse på ham i hans grotte. Jon bød dem hjerteligt velkomne og begyndte snart at fortælle historier fra biblen. Bornholmerne synes om det, de hørte, og der kom hurtigt flere, efterhånden som budskabet om ham blev udbredt. Til sidst var de så mange, at der ikke var plads i den lille grotte. Derfor rykkede de udenfor. For at alle skulle kunne høre ham kravlede han op på klippen. Senere blev der udhugget en prædikestol på dette sted.
Det er denne grotte og prædikestol folk kommer for at besøge. Ikke mange andre end bornholmerne er klar over, at Jons ovne ligger i nærheden. Der ligger tre ved stenene langs kysten, og det kræver opmærksomhed at finde dem.

Fighter-jets over Hammershus in Bornholm in Denmark [4K]
I was shooting drone footage of the historic site called 'Hammershus' on the island of Bornholm when all of the sudden two fighter-jets appeared. I was flying around 100meters above sea level and I immediately lowered my altitude when I noticed the jets coming in fast. When I saw them break off, I turned the drone to see if I could catch a glimpse of them... here's that clip.
According to the news later that day, the Danish fighter jets were there to scare off a Russian jet that had entered Danish airspace illegally. They apparently do that regularly to test off our air space.

Bornholm is the easternmost island and municipality of Denmark. The Baltic Sea island is located about 150 km southeast of Copenhagen and 80 km northeast of Rügen. The south coast of Sweden is about 40 km away.
The island has 40,000 inhabitants.
Beach tourism is possible on several beaches. The beach of Dueodde in the south of the island has one of the finest sands on the Baltic Sea. Golfing, climbing, horse riding, cycling and other sports activities are possible. The port town of Rønne is often visited by day tourists. Holiday centers and headquarters of several hotels are the coastal villages Dueodde, Balka, Sømarken and Allinge-Sandvig.

Bornholm is a Danish island in the Baltic Sea, to the east of the rest of Denmark, south of Sweden, northeast of Germany and north of the westernmost part of Poland. Occupying an area of 588.36 square kilometres. The island had a total population on of 39,572.
Among Bornholm's chief industrial activities are dairy farming and arts and crafts industries such as glass production and pottery using locally worked clay. Tourism is also important during the summer months. The island is home to an especially large number of Denmark's round churches.
The island is known as solskinsøen (Sunshine Island) because of its weather and klippeøen (Rock Island) because of its geology, which consists of granite, except along the southern coast. The heat from the summer is stored in the rock formations and the weather is quite warm until October. As a result of the climate, a local variety of the common fig, known as Bornholm's Diamond, can grow locally on the island. The island's topography consists of dramatic rock formations in the north (unlike the rest of Denmark, which is mostly gentle rolling hills) sloping down towards pine and deciduous forests (greatly affected by storms in the 1950s), farmland in the middle and sandy beaches in the south.
Strategically located in the Baltic Sea, Bornholm has been fought over for centuries. Usually it had been ruled by Denmark, but also by Sweden and Lübeck, Germany. The ruin of Hammershus, at the northwestern tip of the island, is the largest medieval fortress in northern Europe, testament to the importance of its location. This island and Ertholmene is what remains in Denmark of Skåneland east of Øresund, having been surrendered to Sweden in 1658 but with Bornholm after a local revolt later regained in 1660.
