【4K】Kichijoji and Inokashira park walk
Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only.
I decided to refilm Kichijoji video I tried to take a year ago. Also failed because of different reason but could keep at least half of video.
Kichijoji is a district in Musashino city of Tokyo. But if you walk 10 minutes to Inokashira park you will seamlessly get to neighbour Mitaka city.
My original plan was to get to Mitaka station but I got some memory card issue and this video is what was left.

Feel free to correct my English or suggest a video to film.
Kyoto Festival: Jidai Matsuri [4K]
For more information, check out the Jidai Matsuri page on our website:
Considered to be one of the top three festivals in all of Kyoto despite its status as a relatively new tradition, Heian Shrine's Jidai Matsuri (Festival of the Ages) is held on October 22nd from noon each year.
The festival is primarily composed of a two kilometer, five hour long procession of countless volunteers dressed in historical garb representing Japanese cultural history from the Meiji era all the way back to the Enryaku era in the 780’s. Painstakingly recreated and researched, going so far as to even make and dye the fabric using the same techniques as they used a thousand years ago, the procession is akin to watching a living history museum march by. Not only do famous historical figures and princesses make appearance, but warriors, priests, politicians, merchants, and commoners are all represented. With that many characters, the Jidai Matsuri gives a very comprehensive look in to the clothing and appearance of Japanese past.

Japan Vlog!
My trip to Japan! Did lots of cool stuff and now i officially can say I have been to Japan. Big thanks to my parents for making this happen!
Tokyo, Japan | 30 Tourist Attractions in 2019
Tokyo, Japan’s busy capital, mixes the ultramodern and the traditional, from neon-lit skyscrapers to historic temples. The opulent Meiji Shinto Shrine is known for its towering gate and surrounding woods. The Imperial Palace sits amid large public gardens. The city's many museums offer exhibits ranging from classical art (in the Tokyo National Museum) to a reconstructed kabuki theater (in the Edo-Tokyo Museum).
The old, narrow streets of the Asakusa district contain shops, women in kimono and the 7th-century Sensō-ji Buddhist temple. By contrast, Roppongi has lively nightclubs and karaoke bars, and Akihabara has high-tech electronics stores. Cozy Japanese-style pubs called izakaya are scattered throughout the city. The expansive Toyosu fish market is known for its morning tuna auction. The Tokyo SkyTree tower offers expansive views of the city from its public observation deck. Tokyo is famed for its vibrant food scene, and its Shibuya and Harajuku districts are the heart of its trendy teen fashion culture.

Gotokuji Temple in Tokyo: Home of the Maneki Neko
Gotokuji Temple is perhaps one of the most unique temples hidden in the Setagaya Ward of Tokyo. In addition to the beautiful gardens, traditional Japanese architecture and a historical cemetary, there is a small section of the temple where you will find many (and I do mean MANY) Maneki Neki which are little statues of white cats with a raised, beckoning paw. Perhaps you have seen these cats in Japanese homes or businesses. They symbolize good luck and the hope for good fortune. Gotokuji Temple is said to be the birthplace of the Maneki Neko and the sight of all the statues placed in the temple area is quite a sight to behold. I would recommend going in Autumn as the Autumn foliage is breathtaking.
Here is the official website (click the upper corner for the English).
You can search for Gotokuji Temple and get more detailed information as well as directions on how to get there. It is about a 10 minute walk from Gotokuji station on the Odakyu Line or a 5 minute walk from Miyanosaka station on the Tokyu Setagaya LIne.

Inside Tokyo's Bath Houses | Sento ★ ONLY in JAPAN
Bath houses in Japan have been a part of the culture for hundreds of years and in Tokyo, there are 600 of them in neighborhood all around the city. At Japanese baths, you must be naked which is normal in Japan, but public bathing may be new some people. In Japan, there is an expression - hadaka no tsukiai (裸の付き合い) we're all equal when naked - so don't worry! We're here just to bathe and relax.
These bath houses called sento have evolved from their Showa era post war design to modern interiors that may surprise you. Some look like they're from sci-fi movies from the year 2050 and other have gone back in time to the 1920's Taisho era when everything was made out of wood and glass. The industry is under going big changes and there's never been a better time to experience Tokyo's sento culture than right now.

Nakamise shopping street and Matsuya department store
The Nakamise shopping street stretches over approximately 250 meters from Kaminarimon to the main grounds of Sensoji Temple. It is lined by more than 50 shops, which offer local specialties and the usual array of tourist souvenirs. Later on I visited Matsuya deparment store in Asakusa, I went to the basement food market and saw an assortment of fresh produce among other things.
Kyoto 2011- Fushimi inari taisha (shrine)
I visit old Kyoto and walked from Kyoto station to the Fushimi inari taisha shrine. I passed through many old streets and ascended into the mountains where the shrine was located, with over 10,000 Torii gates. I made it to the top, with minor injuries while it was raining.
