Mexico City Travel Guide
Our Mexico City Travel Guide! This wonderful city is truly the star of one our best episodes ever.
I have never fallen in love with a city quite as quickly as I fell in love with Mexico City. The Mexican capital is everything I want in a city; sprawling, loud, exciting, creative, friendly, and absolutely delicious.
Our Mexico City guide is one of our longest episodes ever and I feel every second is justified as this city has so much to offer. The food section alone is packed full of deliciousness - don't watch on an empty stomach!

From the Mayans, and the Aztecs, of the ancient ages, to the Diaz like autocrats of the later years, Mexican ancestors have seen the worst and best of the times, under diverse circumstances. The native Indians and the nomads did not rule the place for long time for the luxurious life style of the royals, in the upper class was heavier for the lower commoners.

Bolivia Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia
Bolivia – Welcome to the “Rooftop of the World” where you can experience breathtaking landscapes, ancient civilizations and colorful wildlife. Check out the best things to see and do in Bolivia.
When ready, browse vacation packages to Bolivia:
A #vacation to #Bolivia, a landlocked South American country, holds the promise of discovery for adventurous souls. While pretty Sucre is Bolivia’s judicial capital, La Paz is its political capital and also its main tourist hub.
Journey high to the Mirador Laikacota for city views. Deep in the valley below #visit the central Plaza Murillo, home to the most precious buildings: the Presidential Palace, National Congress and Metropolitan Cathedral. Stay near the Plaza San Francisco for its proximity to hidden gems, such as the curious Witches’ Market, the Musical Instrument Museum and the Coca Museum.
Bolivia is a diamond in the rough; relatively undeveloped, but extremely authentic, colorful and cultural. Bolivia’s riches shine through in the country’s high altiplanos, its floating reed islands on Lake Titicaca, the silver mines of Potosi, the infinite salt flats of the Salar de Uyuni and the untamed tropical lowlands in the vast Amazon basin.

Most Dangerous Ways To School | MONGOLIA | Free Documentary
The ice covering the river is treacherous and ever-changing in appearance. Despite this, Tuguldur has to find a suitable point at which to cross the river. The 10-year-old nomadic boy rides his horse alone to school and each time must cross the frozen Tunkhel river in the north of Mongolia. His school day begins in the afternoon. Because the sun has softened the ice on some parts of the river’s surface, he cannot trust the ice everywhere. One wrong decision and his horse could slip on the ice - with him on its back - or break through into the cold water below. Even if he were to remain unhurt in such a situation, little Tuguldur would not manage to get back on the horse’s saddle by himself.
For nomadic Mongolian girl Delgertsetseg, the route to school is equally difficult. The 12-year-old starts school early, when the thermometer at her home shows -30 degrees Celsius. Her father delivers her into the village under moonlight, through deep ruts and slippery snow slopes. Due to the possibility of sliding on the ice and the obvious associated dangers, the police have banned the use of motorbikes in villages during the winter months. However, Delgertsetseg’s father has no other choice - he does not have the money for a safer car.
What these two nomadic children have in common is their eager anticipation for the warm and ice-free spring, even though they have to overcome the hardships of this school route the day before the traditional Mongolian New Year.
Street Food in Pakistan - ULTIMATE 16-HOUR PAKISTANI FOOD Tour in Lahore, Pakistan!
Thank you to Ali (Pakistan Travel Market):

Also, just published a full Pakistan travel guide:
I’m very excited to share this first full street food in Pakistan video with you! We started our trip in Lahore, a vibrant, colorful, and packed full of food city. Our first day in Lahore turned out to be a 16 hour street food marathon in Lahore, and it was an amazing day!
Get more details on my Pakistan Travel Guide:
Sadiq Halwa Puri ( - We began the day with a very common breakfast throughout Pakistan, halwa puri, but along with chana curry (chickpea curry). We ate off the car, enjoying every bit of the freshly fried puris and curry.
Total price - 640 PKR ($4.78)
Chacha Feeka Lassi ( - Next we drove over to Gawalmandi, one of the most legendary areas in Lahore for food. We headed straight to a breakfast staple, the lassi shop and had the most creamy heavy milkshake I’ve ever had, called a pera lassi.
Roasted chickpeas - 25 PKR ($0.19) - After exiting an alley, right in front of us was a man selling chickpeas and corn roasted in black Himalayan salt. It’s a very common street food snack in Pakistan.
Sweet potato - 80 PKR ($0.60) - Sweet potato is also a very common street food snack in Lahore, seasoned with masala and a type of citrus juice.
Baba Kulfi Wala - Next we headed over to Shah Alami Market, another huge and bustling market in Lahore.
Kulfi - 20 PKR ($0.15) each - One of the most famous places to eat ice cream in Lahore is Baba Kulfi Wala, and you’ll find a crowd of people standing around the corner of the road eating sticks of their famous kulfi.
Orange juice - 50 PKR ($0.37)
Chana chaat - 120 PKR ($0.89) per plate - One of my personal favorite Pakistani street food snacks of the day was chana chaat, a chickpea snack. He added in all sorts of spices, chutneys, and seasonings, to create a deliciously refreshing snack.
Butt Karahi Tikka Restaurant - Easily one of the most well known restaurants in Lahore is Butt Karahi, specializing in curry made in a rounded pan, called a karahi (we will be eating a lot of karahi’s in Pakistan!). We ordered both a mutton karahi and chicken karahi. Both were amazing, filled with spices and butter, but the tenderness of the mutton was the winner.
Total price - 5,600 PKR ($41.84)
Siddique Fish Corner - You’ll notice that Lahore seems to come alive at night, and street food is everywhere at night. We began the evening with Siddique Fish Corner, one of the best fried fish stalls in Lahore. It was awesome, and so busy.
Total price - 400 PKR ($2.99)
Khalifa Balochi Sajji - Another Pakistani dish I wanted to try was chicken sajji, a type of hand rotisserie chicken. The atmosphere and cooking method was incredible.
Total price - 390 PKR ($2.91)
Khan Baba Restaurant - Finally for our last dinner on this 16 hour day of food in Pakistan, we went to one of Ali’s favorite restaurants in Lahore, Khan Baba. The goat chops were impressive as was the korma curry.
Again, massive thank you to Ali, from Pakistan Travel Mart for hosting us in Pakistan, taking us around, and organizing everything.

Malaysian Street Food in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is the best! A multicultural display of extremely delicious specialty food is available for eating. Within Malaysian street food, there is Malay Street food, Chinese Street Food, and Indian street food all available to try and the options are endless. Kuala Lumpur street food is some of the best in the world. Street food around the world is different everywhere, but what is so special about Malaysia is how multicultural everything is and how unique the cooking and food culture is. So for my 3rd trip to Malaysia, we came for a Kuala Lumpur food tour. Chuchu and I decided to travel to Malaysia on a 4 day eating vacation to eat as much street food and local specialties as we could.
►The BEST VPNs For China:
One thing that we both fell in love with about Malaysian cuisine, is that you could really spend a lifetime eating here tasting the local varieties of Chinese food, Indian Food, and Malay Food. With our limited amount of time on this trip, we ate non stop to sample all of the Kuala Lumpur food available. That being said, in 4 days, we barely scratched the surface of Malaysian food, there is so much more!
We visited a few famous Chinese cuisine places, a few famous Malay cuisine places, and of course some amazing Indian cuisine as well.
Below are the addresses for the Malaysian cuisine that we sampled in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia:
1) Chinese Indian Food (Fish Head Curry) - PUDU CHINESE INDIAN RICE @ RESTORAN SIN HIAP KEE
2) Nasi Campur and Ikan Bakar @ Gerai Pak Lang Ikan Bakar - Kampung Baru
3) Malaysian dessert street Cendol

A Great Ride Into Thin Air -Tibet BMW R1200GS ADV 11000km expedition(Silent version)
11000 kilometers R1200GS adventure in Tibet.
The toughest route to the most sacred highland in the world
The Journey into Thin Air covered 11,000km(1/4 of earth surface),5700m altitude(1000 meters higher than highest mountain Chamonix Mont-Blanc in Europe). The 4000km ride in Tibet was done alone. The G317 route was known as the toughest route to Tibet, it kills numerous trucks and travelers every year.
I set off from Hangzhou on April 14th when we set off from Hangzhou to Xi’an, one of the most famous history cities in the world, where First Emperor of China and his Terracotta Army is located. Then I spent a few days on the way to Chengdu to join my company Jin.
Our official Thin Air journey started on 20th of April, from City of Wenchuan, where the 100,000 victim earthquake took place in 2008.
Our plan was that we take the 2400km G317 together. This route was so hard and dangerous in this season that no one dares to do it alone. And we planned to part when we reach Lasa, so I go to uninhabited area for deeper expedition, and Jin joins his wife in Lasa.
After 100km freeway we were virtually in Tibetan controlled area. And the altitude started to increase from 500meters to 3500meters; Most people will feel uncomfortable, symptoms like headaque, short breath, sleep disorder, vomit, memory loss and lung inflammation etc appeared;
Walking became a hard job. The first night became nightmare for Jin, he had to keep taking pills and use medical help. 2 girls helped to carry his luggage into this 4th floor room.
Every next day is a bigger challenge, our journey could stop anytime. We could fall off muddy snow cliff, have mechanical failure, get wounded or have medical problems. A cold could become lung edema within hours and there is no medical service within 100KM range.
We can only choose to trust BMW R1200GS Adv, both the bike, and myself, don’t have spare. The 300kg bike became great burden when we ride climbing the muddy snow mountain. The rear wheel slips all the time. The cliff leans outward so it is extremely difficult for motorcycle to keep steady on slippery cliff. The first mountain took us 2.5 hours to get through.
To assure the tyres to last 11,000km, I choosed the “factory road tyre” instead of “offroad tyres”, because a offroad tyre will last 3000km only and there is no shop in the middle of the jouney to change tyres. I had to finish 11,000km one-shot.
“When you fall from the cliff, it is not a traffic accident, it will be called an aircrash.”
Sometime I had to accommodate myself in Tibetian home, there is no power, no hot water, no washroom, no cell phone signal, no regular style food and tens of wild dogs out of house barking all night.
• I:tibet2016_04IMG_1716.JPG
•
• The most difficult part of the trip is that I was stuck in sand in humanless area for 1 hour. I had to pull the 300kg bike out alone in 5000m thin air;
• Part 2
Most rewarding scenery
The Mt.Everest and other 4 highest mounts in the world over 8800 meters;
Secret of Tibetian Buddhism
Numerous breath-taking lakes
Lost Kindom of Guge, a similar place as Machu picchu, disappeared prosperous kingdom 400 years ago.
Ali No-Man’s land.
World highest road and cities
• Part 3
People and culture
Buddhism pilgrim, one of the most impressive things is that we met numerous pilgrim people.
A family travels for 7 months to a holy place named Jokhang Temple for religious worship. They fully lay their body to the ground and perform a full rite every 2 meters. By repeating 1,000,000 times, they arrive at Budala Palace and Jokhang Temple, where the world unique Sakyamuni self-made statue is placed. Tibetian brothers usually share 1 wife. They do not know which child is whose. That keeps them a tight family in most severe invironment.
Thieves
Even 100% tibetians are in trust of Buddhism, they steal things more often than other people. We stopped at a villige named Cuona to buy some engine oil, one of those guys stole our Samsung S6 just within 1 minute when Jin walked into the shop. We were told by police men, they will go to temple for confess the next day, and then they feel relieved.
My mascot bear from BMW was stolen by some Tibetian students after they failed to get from me as a gift.
Tourists
celestial burial (by which bodies are exposed to birds of prey)
Tibetians still feed their dead relatives to vulture. It was very hard to watch through the whole process of funeral. I took video for whole process but never have the gut to watch it again. The body of dead people are cut into small pieces, the monk through them into air, and vultures come to pick in air. After a few minutes, they vulture rush into the high altar. The monk smash the head skull of the body, 2 of the vultures just picked a part of intestine and chased each other in front of me, the smell of the body made some of the visitors vomit.

The feed back was positive and the response overwhelming. It gave him the drive to continue creating and sharing despite a lack of funding and financial hardship. During 2012, Sam took to the road in his van across Australia. Joining him were a bunch of travellers from across the globe, he's mission was to take them on a search for adventure and provide them with a unique Australian experience.

Travelling is everything to us and we believe that the experiences we create are worth sharing. In our modern society being able to remain present has becoming increasily difficult.
With We Travel Co it's possible, we take responsibility for the everyday stress involved with organising and planning an independent travel experience in Australia.
We travel with no itinerary, we don't set expectation, we remain completely spontaneous, the mind becomes a blank canvas waiting to be painted, living in the moment, visiting one beautiful destination to the next.
A shared experience, bringing together like minded travellers from around the world together.
This is a unique, personal travel experience unlike any other.
