This is Yoga4Dancers, 4personal enrichment, 4fun from Swindon Dance for all student and professional dancers, non-dancers also very welcome. We aim to give dancers and artists access to high quality yoga, free of charge that focuses on their unique needs and emotions. We hope it will become a resource that will not only help to underpin an artists technical skills but also support whole body wellness and health.
From Charley…
“My love of movement stems from a world of dance. The pure joy I felt from moving my body as a child continued long into my adult life through training in contemporary dance and performing professionally. My journey as a dancer led me down many movement pathways and gradually shifted into the practise of yoga, particularly Vinyasa flow.
I’m passionate to let my experiences and love of moving filter through into my classes. I teach playful, creative and fluid flows. Allowing you to move from a place of freedom, space and clarity with me on the mat, and let this journey of enquiry continue with you off the mat.
I hope to create a compassionate space for people to explore their physical landscape and breath. To seek joy and celebration of our bodies through movement.
When we tap into our inner essence and move from a place of creativity, the result of this practice is an enlivened being – it’s this deeply seeded positivity I aim to bring to my classes.
Feeling free within our body-mind, and the ability to navigate our way through this life with authenticity and curiosity is what excites me about yoga and movement today”.

Lyrics:
The bitterness of seeing a young man's smile
In this journey of life,
I feel I have travelled for miles and miles.
There is no one here I can call true friends
Trapped inside this feeling of isolation.
The rain fell hard on the wilting flower.
Old Soul.
The dark cloud that hangs above
Hiding the shining sun, whose virtue
Once shed romantic lights of love.
Grieving over this shallow world
The end will be my beginning.
Through the passion and sacrifice of my hard life
Pray for us sinners now at the hour of death
Pray for us sinners
Does it matter if I have right or wronged
My short years feel so prolonged.
It been a long time coming, I've lost control.
The heavy burden of an old soul.

Withdrawn Class 314204 Scrap Move at Exhibition Centre | 13th March 2019
Here we see the 3rd Class 314 being sent to Glasgow Works where it will be stripped for parts and sent by road to Booths Scrapyard in Rotherham. ScotRail 314204 was dragged by Rail Operations Group 37884 on 5Q06 from Yoker-Glasgow Works. I captured it at Exhibition Centre on the Argyle Line, a line where the 314s used to operate in service in the latter part of 20th century.
Timelapse - The night trunk north (Timelapse #2)
Whilst the nation’s asleep the trucks will streak. Buckle up and hold on tight because I’m on the 221 mile long journey north round Birmingham continuing on the M6 cross trunking through the night whilst the roads are quiet to try and reach one of our other depots at Leyland whilst still having enough time to get back before the morning rush hour.

RUNAWAY TRAIN
Our pictures tell the story of the train that ran away, out of control, at Royton, Lancashire. It crashed through buffers, a reinforced wall, across a street and through 3 houses. In the course of its extraordinary escapade, the train lifted an elderly couple in their bed, carried them through 2 walls of their home, and then dumped them on the debris! Altogether, 6 people were injured.

1000s OF RARE CLASSIC CARS LEFT TO ROT (scrappage scheme graveyard) 2018
as promised here is the UK scrappage scheme video!!! let me first start off by saying this was very hard to walk away from. Being a classic car enthusiast it was pretty heartbreaking to see all that potential Saturday to rot in eventually become complete scrap. Why are we still here? I have no idea it's something I would love to find out maybe the government knew these ones were going to be valuable in a few years or maybe they're just the last one's to go through the crusher, let me know what you think in the comments below.
A car scappage scheme was introduced in Germany on 13 February 1999 and then in France and Italy. Following a record fall in car sales in the UK and associated redundancies accompanied by lobbying by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders on behalf of UK car manufacturers with support from the UK scheme was introduced in the 2009 United Kingdom Budget on 22 April 2009 by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Darling. The scheme was supported by Lord Mandelson, the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, and Geoff Hoon, the Secretary of State for Transport.
In September 2009 a further £100m was made available to the scheme which was extended until the end of February 2010.
The scheme had been due to run out of money during October and varies bodies including Engineering Employers' Federation, Uniteand the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders had lobbied for an extension which was announced by Lord Mandelson at the Labour party conference.
On 5 February 2010 the scheme was extended by a month to run until the end of March 2010 or until the funds were exhausted. In the same month the government announced a £230m 'Plug-in car Grant' scheme to provide a £5,000 grant towards the purchase of plug-in electric cars - the scheme will start in January 2011. A separate scheme, 'Plugged-In Places' will provide some 11,000 charging points in selected cities over the next three years.

Here is a look into what’s coming up in 2019.
Join us as we embark on a journey to do something extraordinary together.

Shamanism and Close Encounters: UFOs and the Invisible Realm - FEATURE
Tony Eccles has worked in the heritage sector for seventeen years and is employed as an ethnographer at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter. He has been a member of BUFORA since the early 90s and is fascinated with the ideas surrounding the possibilities of contact with an extraterrestrial intelligence. Tony was co-founder of the Merseyside Anomalies Research Association (MARA) in addition to hosting a programme on the UFO phenomenon on Radio Merseyside. His book A Different Sky documenting many strange sightings and experiences from Merseyside was published in 2003. He has conducted many years of wide-ranging research and investigation into UFOs and paranormal events.
Tony looks at our understanding of shamanism and what this could mean for the Western world and for certain individuals who have historically been labelled as a 'contactee', 'abductee' even 'spiritualist medium.' Is it possible that their real roles might infer something more meaningful for Western society?
