Drøbak (av «drøye bakker») er en tidligere kjøpstad, nå by på østsiden av Drøbaksundet. Drøbak er administrasjonssenteret i Frogn kommune i Akershus, og hadde 13 405] innbyggere per 1. januar 2015.
Byen har mange pittoreske, gamle hus. Mange av dem er påbyggede stuebygninger fra sent 1600-tall og fremover. De mange kunstgallerier, småbutikker og utstillinger trekker mange besøkende til byen sommerstid. Da er torget og spesielt stranda full av mennesker. Byen har også julenissens postkontor.
Ved Badeparken ligger Drøbak kirke, kalt Vår Frelsers kirke, som ble innviet 29. oktober 1776.
Drøbak is the centre of the municipality of Frogn, in Akershus county, Norway. The town is located along the Oslofjord, and has 13,358 inhabitants.
Drøbak a popular sea-side tourist spot with numerous restaurants, art galleries and mild summers.
The town has a Christmas shop called Julehuset (the Christmas house), and letters often end up in Drøbak from Europe similarly to how they end up in Santa Claus, Indiana in the United States.
A small aquarium with local species of fish and shellfish is open to the public.

Make It The Most Special Christmas Ever – Visit Santa in Scandinavia!
When the festive season knocks on the door, the best place to celebrate is in Scandinavia, and to make it a unique Scandinavian Christmas, you have to plan early.
Where does he live? Where else but in the realm of eternal snow in a beautiful Scandinavian Winter Wonderland.
Santa’s official hometown is in Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland, in the Arctic region of Finland. You can meet Santa in his office in Santa Village, say hi to his reindeer and hang out with the elves.
Norwegian Santa Claus “Julenissen”, with his little gnomes called “nisse”, lives 35km south of Oslo in Tregaarden’s Christmas House. His official post office is nearby in the small town Drobak. You can meet Santa himself in the main harbor by the tourist office.
If you choose to spend Christmas Holidays in Sweden, visit Tomteland, 300 km from Stockholm. Explore Santa-themed amusement park set on 27 acres in the woods. Visit Santa’s house and post office, search for trolls, spend time with his moose, reindeer, and goats.
The Danes don’t have their own Santa. Their Santa lives in Greenland, outside Ummannaq, but right before Christmas he visits Copenhagen, and you can find him at Tivoli Gardens.
Iceland doesn’t have a traditional Santa. Instead, they have 13 Santas who they lovingly refer to as Yule Lads. Iceland’s Yule Lads live in the mountains and visit towns one by one to bring Christmas gifts.
