「NO GAME NO LIFE ZERO」Movie Long Promotional Trailer (Anime Expo 2017 version)
「NO GAME NO LIFE ZERO」in theaters in Japan now!
Release of special long trailer shown at Anime Expo 2017 in Los Angeles.
【STORY】
An incident at the time long before everything was decided by the game, long before any battles were forbidden and the ’Disboard’ was created.
It is the era of the great war where everyone fights to become the world’s only one God. The terrible war, splitting the heavens, breaking the earth, and even destroying the stars, caused unreasonable deaths to those not having the power to fight.
A young man called Riku, leads the humans dispelled by various races with unutterable power. He tries everything so that the people can live on. One day, Riku meets a mechanical young girl named Schwi in the city of elves.
She was abandoned by her group because of her curiosity about the ’heart’ – a thing machines can never have – which caused a systematical error. Schwi begs Riku to teach her the ’human’s heart’ to correct the error.
This is a story of the oldest myth, taken place more than six thousand years ago which eventually leads to the newest myth.
An untold story, neither archived nor remembered by anyone is about to start...

Games arcades for Japan's silver players
(17 Dec 2015) LEAD-IN:
Games arcades are traditionally the venue of young people and teenagers but in Japan they're increasingly attracting an older clientele.
Japan is an ageing society and the larger arcades are now specifically marketing themselves to the over 50s in this new cultural trend.
STORY-LINE:
An increasingly elderly population poses a wide set of challenges as well as opportunities for Japanese businesses.
An unexpected trend that has surfaced in the last two to three years has been the increase of senior citizens frequenting game arcades, normally seen as extremely noisy places filled with young people.
After retirement, many are discovering game arcades across the country and find they offer a stimulating new hobby.
Capcom Game Centre manager Junichi Azuma in Saitama, north of Tokyo, says his centre is offering special services to senior customers including a premium member cards, tours of the facilities several times a year and game challenges.
The services we offer our senior customers include a premium member card and tours of our facilities several times a year, generally around national holidays. To those who take our tours we offer game challenges, for example for a medal game the challenge is to see how many medals they can win, he says.
Azuma says they started noticing an increase in the number of senior citizen customers since 2012 and the company decided to train 27 staff how to deal with elderly customers.
Asuma is one of these 27 staff members and he says it's all about creating an environment that is friendly to this older clientele.
I'm one of the 27 staff throughout the company who has been trained to help elderly people. We try to identify when elderly customers might be having difficulties and try to help them out before they actually get into difficulty. We try to be subtle and to create an environment that feels convenient for our senior customers, he says.
He subtly moves across the game arcade's floor trying to anticipate any problems or needs elderly customers might have.
As we move towards an increasingly aged society we felt that we were having more senior citizens as customers. Since 2012 we've been making efforts to deal with this and offer services that would create a more suitable environment for them, says Azuma.
The most popular games among senior citizens are claw grab games (know locally as UFO-catchers).
The Yoshidas are an elderly couple who have coming to this games arcade for the last three years.
They like to play UFO-catchers and now they have so many stuffed toys that they've recently switched to playing games that offer snacks as prizes. They share many of their winnings with their friends.
Mr. Yoshida enjoyed fishing before, but now it's too cold for him so he happily declares this, coming to the game centre, as his new hobby.
He says: Coming here has become a hobby now. I used to enjoy going fishing but I'm not getting any younger now and it's cold. It just became a bit too hard. Now this is my new hobby.
Mrs. Yoshida says there is a thrill in winning and losing at these games and it's a good way to release stress.
There's just the two of us and we're old. We come here to release some stress, she says.
Generally speaking, she felt this game centre was particularly kind and it wasn't too difficult to win here - and this is something that keeps them coming back.
For Chieko Oki - who is 64, it's all about the exercise. She is very good at rhythm music games and she claims the exercise she gets playing has cured her stiff shoulders.
She was so surprised when she started frequenting the game arcades three years ago that she used to come several times a week.

How's it going, everybody?
Yeah, I've become one of those YouTubers. It was bound to happen at one point, given the previous Pokemon mashups I've done.
But I really liked how this turned out. And I was so amazed at how the song matched up on the Run, baby, run! part. You'll see what I mean.
Anyway, just checking in. Hope you're having a good day. Feel free to meditate to the awesome jams and watch the spinning logo.
