WE'RE CAMPING at Grand Canyon National Park!
After the kids had been asking for days, When are we camping? We're finally camping! On the South Rim of the Grand Canyon at Mather Campground. We made it (barely -- the drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff is really no fun, at all) just in time for the sunset and it was beautiful! The first time my daughter saw the Grand Canyon, she says, It looks like it's in 3D! I wish I'd had a camera rolling!

About Us: As all good stories start, once upon a time there was a prince and a princess... okay, maybe not! We are NOT the typical family of four! We have a fun, crazy and funny life full of adventure. We live and play in the most popular tourism destination in the world, Florida, right down the road from Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter! We homeschool our kids and own a travel business that allows us a lot of exciting opportunities like skydiving with iFLY, zip lining with Forever Florida or a photo shoot on a Disney Cruise. We have lots of amazing adventures and travel in Florida and beyond, and we do travel reviews, travel tips, travel products, homeschool tips, and lots more – we are always visiting and exploring new locations and products – stuff like Columbia, REI, Coleman, Camelbak, Walmart, Target, Lego, Disney, Universal, etc. We post a new video every day!

Hoodoos, Stargazing and a Banana Costume? - Bryce Canyon National Park
One night was not enough time to enjoy all the beauty of Bryce Canyon National Park. We stayed at North Campground and loved the proximity to the Visitor Center and shuttle bus stop. During our days we walked the rim, checked out several of the overlooks, completed the junior ranger program and hiked the Navajo Loop. The beautiful views, wonderful biking and walking trails, clean campground and lodge and amenities have made this our most favorite national park yet! We can't wait to return.

Family Vacation Critic at the Grand Canyon | Family Vacation Critic
Watch as Family Vacation Critic explores the Grand Canyon in Arizona. The kids participate in a Junior Ranger program and ultimately get sworn in as official Junior Rangers.
Below is the audio transcript for this video:
One last bird that's very big and very dark that people get very excited about - does anyone know what that is? Do you know? Condor. California Condor, and California Condor is pretty big and I need two volunteers to help show us how big it is. Will you two come on up? Leave your books right where they are.
And then, I need you to unroll this this way, tight. Drum roll, please. Keep going. Yeah, keep going. Ta-dah! This is how big the California Condor is in real life. It has a nine-foot wing span which is very different from the six-foot wing span of the four to five foot wing span of the raven and a crow would be one foot smaller than the raven, so if we had like a little three-year-old or something.
I will be a friend to planet earth and I promise, promise promise promise, no really - promise, I will never again ask Are we there yet? Congratulations. In all seriousness, you are very, very accomplished. Only one out of six kids who takes these books accomplishes this task of becoming a Junior Ranger.
