An overview of most of the exhibits at the underrated Jurong Bird Park (裕廊飛禽公園). The park itself it quite a way from other tourist areas, so it is never very crowded. The park is very hilly in places, so be prepared to sweat in the tropical humidity.

Jurong Bird Park is an aviary and tourist attraction in Jurong, Singapore. The bird park, managed by Wildlife Reserves Singapore, covers an area of 0.2 square kilometres (49 acres) on the western slope of Jurong Hill, the highest point in the Jurong region.
Waterfall Aviary
Waterfalls
The Waterfall Aviary, which focuses mostly on birds from Africa, has bird enclosures that extend to a towering height of 35 metres.
Dinosaur Descendants
The Dinosaur Descendants section houses some of the largest extant birds, including various species of crane, and large flightless birds such as ostriches, emus, rheas and cassowaries.
Wings of Asia
Visitors can see the largest collection of Southeast Asian birds, which has over 200 species.
Lory Loft
The Lory Loft
About nine storeys high and covering 3,000 square metres (32,000 sq ft), the Lory Loft is the world's largest walk-in flight aviary for lories and lorikeets, with over 1,000 free-flying lories. Other species housed here include the megapodes, currawongs, eclectus parrots, king parrots, cockatoos, and various Australasian parakeets. The ambience is similar to that of a rainforest valley in tropical Northern Australia. Visitors can offer the lories a special nectar mix.
Parrot Paradise
This small zone houses some of the park's parrot species, mostly macaws, conures and cockatoos. All three extant species of blue macaw can be seen here — the hyacinth, Lear's and Spix's.
Penguin Coast
Penguins
Houses five species of penguins within 1,600 square metres (17,000 sq ft). Featuring a 21-metre (69 ft) tall Portuguese galleon façade and designed to resemble a ship, the interior of Penguin Coast is constructed with timber beams and wooden flooring. Penguin Coast is home to the Humboldt, rockhopper, macaroni and king penguins, which live in an indoor, climate-controlled den with access to an outdoor enclosure showcasing African penguins, African darters and Hartlaub's gull.
World of Darkness
Asia's first nocturnal bird house featured a system of reverse lighting, converting day to night and vice versa. On display were 60 birds from 17 species, like the North Island brown kiwi, night herons, fish owls, boobook owls and snowy owls. It was akin to a quiet nocturnal walk along a starlit jungle path, watching birds in their nocturnal surroundings and hearing them beckon each other. The nocturnal bird house has been closed, apparently permanently, since about early 2018.
Pelican Cove
Visitors catch a glimpse of all eight species of pelicans, including the endangered Dalmatian pelican. Wild herons and storks, along with the neighbouring bin chickens and Greater flamingoes, sometimes join them in the exhibit. There is a board-walk where visitors can stroll and observe the birds. Visitors can also see the pelicans at the world's first underwater viewing gallery for pelicans, where the birds scoop up fish at feeding time.
Hornbills & Toucans
27 10-metre tall aviaries spread over an area of 2,000m² house the park's hornbill and toucan collection.
Windows of Paradise
Located just beside the Lory Loft, this zone houses various birds-of-paradise, of which the park is the first in the world to breed the Twelve-wired bird-of-paradise.
Royal Ramble
This small walk-through zone features four species of crowned pigeons, and other attractively colored species.
Riverine
This exhibit featured an underwater viewing panel to allow visitors to get a closer look at some of the diving birds in the exhibit.
Breeding and Research Centre (BRC)
A small zone that showcases the handling and rearing process of the park's newly hatched birds, around 150 birds are hand-reared
Wetlands
Built to replicate an observation hide, this zone houses species that come from brackish habitats like mangroves and wetlands.
Flamingo Pool & Flamingo Lake
The pool and lake are home to the park's flock of flamingoes, in which 4 species are represented, as well as free-ranging ibises, green iguanas, Cuban rock iguanas and Cape shelducks.

Jurong Bird Park - Full Tour
The Jurong Bird Park is almost 50 years old. It is scheduled to be demolished soon, and is moving to Mandai.
This is an icon of Singapore, and will surely be missed.

JURONG BIRD PARK is Asia's largest bird paradise
I love to bring my family to the Singapore Jurong Bird Park for the reason my kids just loved to play with the colorful playful birds.
Yes you are right, we can actually get really close to some birds and are allowed to feed them in the enclosure of a aviary dome.
Of course you won't be allowed to get near to the birds of prey like the eagles and vultures , nor the endangered species of the parrots and toucans. But I would recommend every tourist who visit singapore not to give this bird park a miss.
I travel out the buzzing city of Singapore and escape into the nature calls of the wild birds here in Jurong Bird Park.
Touted as asia's best collection of birds species in great care of the bird keepers and visited by the thousands daily, the singapore bird park is one place you don't want to miss when visiting Singapore.
Jurong Bird Park is sited in a naturely forested land in the western of Singapore 30 minutes from the Changi Airport. A single highway would take you directly from the Changi Airport to the Bird park and you can enjoy the High Flyers bird show performance at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.
If you check out my channel other video, I have included several more videos from the Jurong Bird Park, including the Lori Loft where you can feed and play with the birds, and the High Flyer Show where smart and beautiful birds engages with the audience live without cage. They are train.
Important notice when visiting the park.
Do note that a trained bird is NOT a tamed bird.
Do not tease the birds !
Filmed with the Olympus E-M10 mark 3, with no great zoom capabilities on its kit lens ( up to 42 mm ), however bird watching in the SIngapore Jurong Bird Park don't need a super zoom lens.

Hi! I'm Nicole. My sister and I are at the Singapore Jurong Bird Park. Our first stop is at Penguin Coast. I'm going to feed the African Penguins!
Next, to the Pools Amphitheatre for a live show (High Flyer Show). 2 macaws are having a race! I like the Toco Toucan best. Its yellow beak is so beautiful. The grand finale of the show is amazing. A flock of Pelicans and Flamingoes take up the stage. Then, several Macaws join in too.
Now, it is lunch time. We also play chasing with birds at the picnic area.
Our lunch break is over. Let's go see the pelicans at the Pelicans Cove. Singapore Jurong Bird Park has the world's most complete collection of pelicans. And there are a total of 8 species of pelicans in the world.
Fun fact: Did you know that pelican has the largest bill of all birds?!
Next stop, the Waterfall Aviary. Over 600 of free flying birds are housed in here! Inside the aviary, there is a VERY tall man-made waterfall.
We get to observe a yellow bird building its nest. We also get really close to a peacock roaming around. And, I am following the crowned pigeons :P
Let's go for a tram ride to our last stop, the Birdz of Play. It is Singapore Jurong Bird Park's bird themed playground for kids. It has a separate water play area too.
