Hitachi Traction Elevators-Block of Flats-Zhongshan, China
This whole block is undergoing renovations. These elevators are going to remain original though. I was only able to film these because I have a family member who lives here. The entire cabs are covered with wood. Unfortunately, there are no awesome Hitachi bells on these.

EPIC Mitsubishi Elevator Ride! - Wongtee V Hotel in Shenzhen, China
Throwback Thursday Video from July 2013 during my vacay in China.
This is at the luxurious Wongtee V Hotel, located in the Futian District of Shenzhen. This will only be a ride down and yes, I know that my camera is kinda crappy and I pretty much sucked at holding the camera steady back then. The entire audio will be muted since I talked pretty much the entire time and my child voice is pretty cringey LOL! Anyways, enjoy! Some information about this building: This is a mixed-use building with offices on the low floors, the hotel rooms in the middle floors, and the residences on the high floors with the restaurant at the topmost floor of the building. There are a few other high-rise buildings around that area and they are all office buildings. The elevators in all buildings (including this one) are all Mitsubishis with reverse down chimes (DONG-DING instead of DING-DONG). For the ones in this building, these Mitsubishis have pretty big and beautiful cabs along with unique custom fixtures. It seems that these don't run pretty fast compared to the high-rise buildings in the United States, but still, these are very nice!
