Shibi Hot Spring (Kagoshima, Japan) - Relaxing sounds of hot water flowing out of bamboo -
You find this popular scenery at many Japanese hot springs.
This typical scenery of hot springs relax you very much!
I took this video at Japanese traditional hotel (KUSUNOKI-SO) at Satsuma Town, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
(Satsuma Town)
Drive 1 hour to the northwest from Kagoshima City.
This place is deep in mountains. You can enjoy taking hot bath and watching lightning bugs at rivers.
At many hot springs, you don't have to stay at hotels to take a bath. Fare for bath is about 500-1000 yen per 1 adult.
(Shibi Hot Springs)
Kagoshima is famous for many nice hot springs.
The Shibi hot spring is one of those hot springs.
Each hot spring has different healthy effect on your body.
Shibi hot springs is very good for your SKIN.
So, many girls love to visit place for their SKIN beauty. Actually when I went to this place, I was the only man taking the hot bath. But I heard from my female friends that female bath was full of people!
When I took the bath, I could hear birds's singing and sounds of rivers in the distance. This relaxing bath will relax your body and souls completely!
(Drinkable Hot Spring??)
Unlike other hot springs in Japan, you can drink the hot waters of the hot spring.
The water has good effects on diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

Now I go in place is a tropical island in the South Seas fantasy Yakushima in Kagoshima. Yakushima Island is a small island, but also one of the best places in Japan that is famous as much more than a quarter of the island. This is because in the first place in Japan in 1993 was registered as a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The first course of Yakushima is a mountain pass trekking tour to visit the forests and valleys. As soon as the lift into the mountains is a deer appears in front of me. Moreuneunji leisurely walk car knows what is going to come up. Giving the appearance of strange visitors came from abroad miraculous if the eye once leisurely disappears into the woods. I looked out of the car and try closeup. Fascinating experience to see wildlife right in front, Yakushima is the first gift handed to me.

EXPLORING A JAPANESE ATLANTIS ISLAND CAVE|Day 89 - Saga
The Nanatsugama Caves, designated as a natural monument of Japan, are spectacular caves formed from the infamous rough waves of the Genkai Sea pounding against the cliffs and eroding them away over many long years. As the Japanese name suggests, the Nanatsugama Caves consists of seven caves in a row formed by deep erosion into the cliff face, and this scenery is one which strikes onlookers by the marvels of nature. The largest of the caves has an opening of 3 meters and depth of 110 meters. The caves can be enjoyed leisurely on a cruise boat. There is a grassy plateau above the caves, with a lookout and walking trail, and it is often buzzing with numerous sightseers. The area around Nanatsugama is also popular as a fishing destination. Legend says that Empress Jingu discarded an earthen vessel here that was memorabilia for her troops winning the war with Korea, and there is a shrine here called Dokizaki Shrine which worships her.

Life in a vibrant satoyama forest
Sustainable forest management is one of the practices used in maintaining Satoyama landscapes. This video introduces two entrepreneurs who employ both traditional knowledge and scientific advancement to support the biological diversity of their forests and mountains. Chouichiro Oono keeps his fathers charcoal factory alive by managing a grove of Kunugi trees that are needed to produce traditional sumi charcoal for Japanese tea ceremonies. Toru Hayami, owner of the Hayami Forests, plants several species of trees to grow side-by-side, helping to sustain the overall health of his forest. Their lives and businesses demonstrate that the practices of Satoyama are financially viable.

Japan VLOG: Family Day in Kobe Harborland | Shot on Huawei Nova Lite 3
Hi guys,
One thing I really like about Japan is how many child-friendly services and facilities there are. It really makes it much easier for me to live here and raise my kid without my side of the family around. In this vid we went to check out Kobeko Land. So cute! There were toys galore and a whole climbing adventure thing that I'm sure older kids would love.
I enjoyed the vibe of Kobe Harborland. It was really chill, orderly and classy. I suppose all the qualities you'd associate with an older sibling (unless that older sibling is me, haha).
By the way, all this was shot on the Huawei Nova Lite 3. I think it's a phone only sold in Japan. I got it when I just started YouTube and wanted a phone that would be good enough for videos. This is not it! Even my iPhone 6 is better. Decided to put this video up because there were no videos for me to check out the quality before getting the phone and on paper it did better than other available models. Thank goodness it was free! Sometimes the clips look completely fine but at other times I can see that the camera keeps hunting for focus or blinking even under ideal conditions and the colors are completely blown out. The Huawei Nova Lite 3 is great as a phone — lightweight and big screen — but what a bummer that I have to get a separate device to record future vids. I'm holding out to see what iPhone 12 will be like because it is hard for me to push a stroller and hold anything much bigger or heavier than a phone (safety first!).
Side note: I just got my new camera! It's going to come in the mail soon and can't wait to switch to that but I'm honestly a bit terrified of the steep learning curve and am not 100% confident I'll be able to handle it and waddle around with baby strapped around me or while I'm pushing the stroller. We will see... but I'm excited all the same.
Thanks for watching! Till next week! Do subscribe for more vids of my life in Japan and easy recipes.
