沖縄のうるま市にある海中道路に行ってきました。
勝連半島と平安座島を結んでいます。
信号がなく見通しも良く、そして両側に海という気持ちの良い道路です。
でも自動車だとすぐ終わっちゃうけどね。
だからでしょうかね、ロードバイクにに乗った人がけっこういましたね。
気持ちいいもんね。
ところどころで登りがありますけどね。
自分も自転車に乗ってるくせに、なんとなく邪魔っぽいと思ってすみません。
途中には「海の駅あやはし館」があります。
おみやげやスナックの他に、野菜や鮮魚なんかも売ってます。
お刺身も売られていますのでその場で食べました。
近くまでやってきたら、ちょっと寄り道して渡ってみるのもいいかもしれませんね。
ビデオカメラはSONY HDR-SR11、静止画はNikon D70を使って撮影しました。
HDR-SR11にはワイコン、VCL-HG0737Cをつけています。
ステレオマイクロホン、ECM-HST1にウインドスクリーンつけています。

This road has connected Henzajima Island and Katsuren peninsula.
This road has the good scene,and it is pleasant.
There is a drive-in in the middle.
We can rest or can buy a souvenir and food.

Ikei Island is one of the four islands in Uruma, a city in Okinawa,Japan. The island is connected with a bridge from mainland Okinawa which is called Kaichu Doro (Mid-Sea Road).
Before getting to Ikei Island you will pass by the other two island which is Henza Island and Miyagi Island.

We watched Isle of Dogs in a theaters, here is what we thought. Wes Anderson is known for his unique and artistic style of film making. Isle of Dogs was an excellent stop motion animation film that is enjoyable for children and adults alike. The depiction of Japanese culture on screen was very accurate and as always, the cast for this Wes Anderson flick was diverse and star filled. We see this heading to the Oscars next year. Enjoy

Discovered another Island!! Mid-Sea Road (part 2)
Driving to Ikei-jima Island through Mid-Sea Road.It is a road in Uruma, Okinawa, Japan which connects the Katsuren Peninsula to the Yokatsu Islands.
2.9 miles long , it forms a part of Okinawa Prefectural Road No. 10 and runs across the sea ..
