KAIKOURA TOP ACTIVITIES (NEW ZEALAND ROAD TRIP 2018) /// THESTYLEJUNGLE VLOG #08
Kaikoura offers a lot of activities for tourists including swimming with seals and whale watching. Unfortunately, our tour was cancelled and we had to find some other activities to do in Kaikoura. We decided to visit a Lavendyl lavender farm and the Fuffe house - the oldest building in Kaikoura. The rest of this day we spent at the Wacky Stays, one of the coolest accommodation in New Zealand! Made from a colonial wagon, it is a very comfortable place to stay at with incredible views of the mountains.

Kaikoura South Island NZ
A brief look at some of the wildlife that abounds along the Kaikoura coast. Unique and a mecca for marine mammals. Nowhere in the world are sperm whales so accessible due to the fact that the peninsular provides a meeting place for the strong ocean currents that converge in deep water canyons enabling the rich marine ecosystem to thrive and form the ideal feeding ground for the whales, dolphins and seabirds. A home for many dolphin species, dusky dolphins and orca migrate to Admiralty Bay in French Pass, Marlborough Sounds from the Kaikoura coast.
