Our Spiritual Little Pilgrimage to India
This short 5 minute video was filmed and created during a two week trip to India to study the breath with pranayama master OP Tiwari at Kaivalyadhama Ashram and Yoga Institute in Lonavla, India.
This is my first attempt at making a vlog, and I limited myself to three hours to create it because I knew I would get carried away and this trip was meant to be relaxing, rejuvenating ... not more work and definitely not to spend more time looking at a screen.
But I loved making it and I feel it is avery special moment in time for me. It was my first time traveling extensively alone with my two years old son. It was his first trip to an ashram. And it was my first yoga intensive for me since becoming a mother.
I walked away from this experience feeling like a brand new woman. Watch and find out why!
