I walked Kitashinchi in the daytime.
Some fine dining restaurants are offering lunch. Office workers were walking.
Kitashinchi is one of the famous entertainment district in JAPAN.
It is located south of and within walking distance of Osaka Station and provides a good alternative with its hundreds of restaurants, bars and night clubs.

Japan Trip: Enjoying Local Flavors while Strolling through Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza in Nagano 47 Moopon
Kyu-Karuizawa (旧軽井沢), located in Nagano Prefecture, was only known, historically, as the post town between the imperial capital Kyoto with the shogun capital Edo (currently Tokyo) during the Edo Period. However, presently Kyu-Karuizawa is well-known as center of the Karuizawa resort area.
The town has a great atmosphere with chic restaurants and cafes as well as forested residential districts made up of holiday villas. Bowling, golf, cycling and so on can be experienced here as well. Shoppers will especially enjoy Prince Shopping Plaza and the Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza.
Kyu-Karuizawa has many shopping opportunities, including a local version of Ginza, Tokyo's famous upscale shopping district. The Karuizawa Ginza shopping street follows this style with its sophisticated ambiance. Shoppers are able to stroll down the streets for souvenirs or local desserts. Jam is a local specialty of Kyu-Karuizawa and various flavors of jam can be purchased here.

Architecture Night Walk: Fukushima Ward to Osaka Station, Osaka | The Real Japan | HD
Architecture Night Walk: Fukushima Ward to Osaka Station, Osaka | The Real Japan | HD
Osaka is blessed with countless buildings worth investigating if, like me, you're interested in architecture.
It's streets also have a special atmosphere at night.
So I thought I'd make a film incorporating both things - a walk at night through an area containing some of my favourite architecture.
I shot this film after going to a gig at the 2nd Line live house in Fukushima ward. It was shot starting around 10:45pm.
The walk back to Osaka Station was a leisurely 15 minutes. I knew the route had a number of architecturally interesting buildings along the way.
Fukushima-ku is one of 24 wards of Osaka.
The ward is primarily a residential quarter, but has some office buildings and a commercial district, as well as factories and wholesale businesses.
In more recent years, many high rise apartments and office buildings have been built in this ward, because it is close to the Umeda and Dōjima business centres, and not far from Osaka Station - a major transportation hub.

Kobe, Japan - Motomachi Station (2019)
Motomachi Station (元町駅 Motomachi-eki) is a railway station in Motomachi, Chūō-ku, Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan.
It is one of the main stations serving the central business district of Kobe. The station is the closest access point to the Motomachi shopping district and to Nanking Town, one of Japan's three largest Chinatown districts.
Kobe (神戸市 Kōbe-shi, Japanese: [koːꜜbe]) is the sixth-largest city in Japan and the capital city of Hyōgo Prefecture. It is located on the southern side of the main island of Honshū, on the north shore of Osaka Bay and about 30 km (19 mi) west of Osaka. With a population around 1.5 million, the city is part of the Keihanshin metropolitan area along with Osaka and Kyoto.
The earliest written records regarding the region come from the Nihon Shoki, which describes the founding of the Ikuta Shrine by Empress Jingū in AD 201. For most of its history, the area was never a single political entity, even during the Tokugawa period, when the port was controlled directly by the Tokugawa shogunate. Kobe did not exist in its current form until its founding in 1889. Its name comes from kanbe (神戸, an archaic title for supporters of the city's Ikuta Shrine). Kobe became one of Japan's designated cities in 1956.
Kobe was one of the cities to open for trade with the West following the 1853 end of the policy of seclusion and has since been known as a cosmopolitan and nuclear-free zone port city. While the 1995 Great Hanshin earthquake diminished much of Kobe's prominence as a port city, it remains Japan's fourth-busiest container port. Companies headquartered in Kobe include ASICS, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Kobe Steel, as well as over 100 international corporations with Asian or Japanese headquarters in the city, such as Eli Lilly and Company, Procter & Gamble, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Nestlé. The city is the point of origin and namesake of Kobe beef, as well as the site of one of Japan's most famous hot spring resorts, Arima Onsen.

Do You Need to Know Japanese to Go to Japan?
Hey everyone! So this is a question I get a lot, and I'm sure anyone who talks about Japan gets this question asked too. I give you the short answer to do you need to know Japanese in order to go to Japan in the first minute of my video but I think you'll benefit more by watching the whole thing.
It's sad that some people think they can't go to Japan unless they absolutely know the language. That is not true at all. Jeez, even I don't know the language that well. Just enough to get by, and that's really all you need if you are visiting Japan. Hope this video helps!
