I hastened to step back. It is the way to visit because there is a rock which must see near. Western Australia has many places to visit and many places to go, few people. So it is called the outback. I found it in Kalbari National Park. I went there because it was famous for trekking. It is a way to take care of the sheer cliffs carefully. By the way, I was fascinated by the scenery in front of the moment. This rock is the reason people come here. Because of the strong wind, there is a natural hole in the sedimentary rock. I come from Slovenia and this friend comes from South Africa. Many people are famous for taking pictures of life. How long have you been here by trekking? Yes. How long did it take? It took two or three hours. It depends on how long you are resting. Drinking water and so on. I like to see a black swan bird and meet a kangaroo. The animals are friends because there are not many people. Europe is going crazy. I work every day, day, day, and I can afford it. This is a place where you can see and heal. Some come with loving lovers, and some come to meditate. This is the third time, I've been traveling all over Australia for a year and a half. It looks like a big giant cut a mountain. It's really a surprise itself. I decided to meditate. It was a short time of 5 minutes, but it is a moment to be remembered forever in my life.

Kalbarri - Western Australia
Kalbarri is a coastal town in the Mid West region located 592 km north of Perth, Western Australia. The town is found at the mouth of the Murchison River and has an elevation of 6 metres (20 ft). It is connected by public transport to Perth via Transwa coach services N1 and N2.
The local Aboriginal people inhabited the area for thousands of years and have a dreaming story about the Rainbow serpent forming the Murchison River as she came from inland to the coast. The first European people to visit the area were the crew of the trading ship belonging to the Dutch East India Company, the Batavia, who put two mutinous crew members ashore near Bluff Point just south of the town. The cliffs near the river mouth were named after another trading ship, the Zuytdorp, that was wrecked there in 1712. The area became a popular fishing and tourist spot in the 1940s and by 1948 the state government declared a townsite. Lots were soon surveyed and the town was gazetted in 1951. Kalbarri was named after an Aboriginal man from the Murchison tribe and is also the name of an edible seed.
The town is geared towards tourism and fishing, with attractions including the daily pelican feeding, the Kalbarri National Park, Murchison River Gorge and the Murchison River. There are two charter boats to go on to view the Murchison River. The town attracts 200,000 tourists every year with the population of the town swelling to 8,000 during holiday seasons.
The Kalbarri National Park is home to a phenomenon of geography and geology known as the Z Bend, a walking track, and Nature's Window, a rock formation overlooking hundreds of kilometres of Murchison River. The Rainbow Jungle (The Australian Parrot Breeding Centre), located a few kilometres south of the town centre, features hundreds of exotic species of birds in their native habitat plus a walk-in cage allowing humans to interact with the birds. Red Bluff and other coastal cliffs and formations are located south of the town.
Recreational fishing is also popular, with good catches being taken from the beaches at Wittecarra Creek as well as from the numerous cliffs.
Kalbarri was featured at the end of the film Wolf Creek when character Ben Mitchell (Nathan Phillips) was airlifted to hospital from Kalbarri Airport.

Kalbarri Town
Kalbarri, more than any other resort town in Western Australia, is perfectly suited for the individual, couple or family looking for a variety of options for their holiday.
Put on your leisure wear, add a bit of vitality, and it wont be long before those great vacation memories begin stacking up. Do your favourite thing or try something new. You will find it all in Kalbarri.
The Kalbarri National Park abounds with potential and is one of the most exciting and spectacular in Western Australia. Water sports on the lower reaches of the Murchison River are many and varied, too. Offshore, the marine life is without rival. Dolphins and whales frequent the coastal fringe and fishing is excellent throughout the year.
Most of the reasonably priced tours on offer include the National Park entry fees, safety gear and everything else you need to enjoy yourself to the fullest. Some operators even include snacks or meals.
Details of most tours and activities are available from the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, which also has credit card and EFTPOS facilities and daily booking information.
While you might feel like Kalbarri is your own special holiday discovery, it might interest you to know that it has been a popular relaxation destination for well over 150 years.
The abundance of clean, pure fresh water made it an ideal respite for early Cornish miners. Their leases were right in the Murchison River bed, upstream of what is now the National Park. They were subject to periodic flooding from distant cyclonic rains. Once closed, the mines could take weeks to dry out. So it was off to the coast for well earned R&R.
While you may not have nearly as much time as a Cornish miner, you do have the advantage of good, all-weather roads and plenty of amenities on arrival. From the daily newspaper to a whole variety of new and established shops and services there is little you will miss out on during your holiday.
An excellent range of groceries, ice and bait are available throughout the town; camping supplies, too. You can find a unique gift for that special friend, make a fashion statement, spoil yourself rotten or even tie the knot!
