Rose Flowers of Kanoya Bara Park, Kagoshima, Japan (17 May 2015)
I visited Kanoya Bara Park, Kagoshima Japan. (Japanese word Bara means rose flower).
It was the best season to visit the park (April to May).
Kanoya Rose Park
There are as many as 50,000 rose flowers in the park.
The park is the biggest rose park in Japan.
You can enjoy flower arragement.
You can also have various food of roses.
I had rose curry rise (color is pink), which is served with rose tea (rose petals inside).
I drank a grass of rose cider (300 yen). The taste cider is milder than normal one.
However, my most favorite food is Rose Ice Cream! The pink ice cream has the wonderful scent of rose. You can have the ice cream for 300 yen!
My personal opinions
Once enter the park, lots of roses surround you and make you feel as if you are in dream. I think female (like my girlfriend) likes this kind of place very much.
It takes about 2 hours to come to the park from Kagoshima City by car. It is a bit far, but it's really worth visiting the park!

I had rose ice cream for the first time in my life.
Once you put ice cream in your mouth, the elegant flavor of rose will spread in your nose and mouth.
You can taste this unique ice cream at Kanoya Bara Park, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan.
It seems that many people want to get taste of this ice cream.
I had to stand in line about 10 minutes until I could finally buy the ice cream. The price is 300 yen.
Kanoya Bara Park opened in 2000. (Japanese word Bara means rose).
The rose ice started to be sold at the park since 2001.
The ice cream has been very popular not only for children but for many adults.

Biz shopping at Max Value in Kanoya, Japan
