How to spend 1 Night in Niigata
On the way back from Hokkaido on our Japan Winter Trip, we had one night to spend in Niigata. We visited the famous sake vending machines in Niigata Station and get some pretty good food. Sorry for the short trip guide today, the drive alone was about 9 hours to get to our hotel. Afterward we drive through some of the fluffiest snow we've ever seen.

This is my first short hike in Japan!

I’ve fallen in love with the beautiful flowers and the changing colors of the leaves. The mountain top view made me stare in amazement. One day is not enough to explore the entire place, so I will surely come back to continue exploring this little Japanese village and mountain. It was a fun experience!
