Kenshin Uesugi is very famous general in warlike ages in Japan. He foufht not for a desire, but for right. He believed the god of treasure, his picture of flag came from Bishamonten,also he was called the dragon in Joetsu(Joetsu is located in the northern part of Japan).
He is famous for being masterful in war and for his devout worship of Bishamonten, the Buddhist god of war. After his death he is known under several nicknames, which include the Avatar of Bishamonten, Dragon of Echigo, and the God of War.
