阪急・上桂駅から西へ歩いて約10分、右「地蔵院」左「浄住寺」の道標が立っています。左に曲がるとすぐにお寺があります。民家に囲まれていますが、参道に入ると別世界が広がります。

They play in the Spring Festival of the Shinto Shrine,
Plum Blossoms at Kitano Tenman-gū in Kyoto.
Spring is in the air and the first sign of it, is the plum blossoms. One of the most famous and spectacular places in Kyoto is the plum garden of Kitano Tenman-gū. The plum garden is connected to Sugawara no Michizane, the main Tenman (god) of this shrine. His love for plum blossoms is at the origin of the plum blossom festival at this shrine.
Although the plum blossoms are not as spectacular as the cherry blossoms, they do have one thing the cherries don’t have, and that is their fragrance. When you enter the garden you can smell the sweet aroma that fills the air.
Many people come from all over Japan to enjoy its beauty even though the weather is not always as bright.

Held every second Sunday of the month. Don't be fooled by the small turn-out ( it was winter and a cold wind was blowing), during the warmer months there is a large crowd. Twice a year - May & November - the Keihan Jazz Society hold a Jazz Festival in conjunction with the market.

Went on a day trip to Kyoto and visited Kitano Tenmangu Shrine, where we saw a plethora of plum blossoms.
???????? Japan - Hoshi No Buranko Suspension Bridge ????
▶ Hoshi no Buranko location :
Hoshi no Blanco Bridge, in Hoshida Enchi Park, is a rope bridge that spans 280 meters and hangs 50 meters over the valley below.
It can be reached by a 50 minute hike from Kisaichi station, a few stops from Hirakata station.
It is located near the botanical gardens where the Kisaichi Amanogawa event is held in August.

八坂神社に「かるた初め式」を見に行った時に祇園に立ち寄ってスナップを撮りました。
花見小路通りは賑わっていましたが、一歩路地を入ると静かな元旦の風景でした。
ジンバル試行中、スロー再生でブレを誤魔化しています・・・汗）。
撮影はFHD60Pなのですが、YouTubeにUPすると簾の輪郭が潰れてしまいましたので、４K60Pで再UPしました。出来たファイルは4GBなのですが、何故かレンダリングに6時間もかかってしまいました。

Today Jesh and I went to a Plum Blossom Festival and it was so beautiful! They weren't in full bloom yet, but they were still so pretty and smelled amazing! On the way there I saw a monkey and I will never stop talking about it! It was so crazy haha. While at the festival we were able to stop at an all vegan restaurant!
