Coasteering in huge swell near Penzance, Cornwall - Kernow Coasteering
Once in a while, when the conditions are just right, and the swell is almost too big to coasteer anywhere we can use this route. See for yourselves what it's like. We love it when the conditions are like this! Shooting the arch is always a highlight! Proof, if it were needed, that Kernow Coasteering delivers the best coasteering in Cornwall.

Taking a small stag group out at one of our south coast spots. This is our first video showing this venue. Unfortunately, due to problems with my GoPro this video shows only two thirds of the route. Some stunning arch swim-throughs and more big jumps didn't come out! Oh well, hopefully next time!

Coasteering at Land's End - Kernow Coasteering
A recent coasteer around the famous landmark of Land's End, Cornwall. It has some spectacular caves and many sea arches, some are huge! It culminates in a local infamous cliff jump known as 'Porridge Pants', here we jump it at 16m and 20m. Contact us at Kernow Coasteering if you'd like to coasteer our advanced route at Land's End.
Please note that we do not currently offer this route as one of our guided tours. We also strongly advise against cliff jumping without the presence of a trained coasteering guide from an NCC registered provider. Jumping in to water from heights above 10 metres carries the likelihood of serious injury.

Kernow Coasteering - The Hidden Caves of Cornwall
This journey into the remote corners of west Penwith led to the discovery of three incredible sea caves, right next to each other. These are some of the most incredible sea caves I've been in to date. How many people have ever set foot here?

Coasteering - Cornwall
Coasteering is a fun sport which involves wearing a helmet, wetsuit, boots, gloves and a life vest. Essentially it breaks down to : throwing yourself off rocks and cliffs into the sea, and swimming round parts of the coast you usually wouldn't dare try.
This video also features on the Facebook page of Cotswold Outdoor. We were very happy to see how many hits it got.
If you like the sea and a bit of adventure, you HAVE to give coasteering a go. This session was led by Matt from 'Kernow Coasteering' top lad. We had a great time!

Coasteering Adventures from Edinburgh | Scotland | Intrepidus Outdoors - We Adventure Vertically!
Coasteering takes exploring the Scottish coastline to the extreme. Cliff jumps, waves and navigating sea caves!
What is Coasteering?
To suggest coasteering is the process of traversing a section of coastline, doesn’t really do this adventure justice.
We start at one golden sandy beach and make our way around the headland and across some real rugged rocky terrain. We will jump from sea cliffs, swim across choppy channels, climb through caves, scramble up rock faces and if we are lucky, pause to watch a pod of dolphins swim past. Coasteering is an amazing way to experience what Scotland has to offer from a completely new perspective.
