Pluses:
Staff were friendly especially Ferat in reception. We were upgraded to a pool view as soon as we checked in. Zeynep in the pool restaurant was honest to find my son's iPhone and keep it safe until she found us. The aqua park was great for the kids, drinks, waffles and ice cream were served near pool area. Entertainment team kept kids busy all day! The kids loved the slides!
I would like to have a prayer mat at the room and an iron available.
Room cleaning frequency is every other day.
No shampoo in the room.
Minuses:
Internet was poor and AC weak but all together everything was excellent!
The entertainment of the open theater was not up to the expectation. The presenter was so prejedest against Arabs even though they represent s big percentage of the audience . He never mention any Arab country.
