BamLand is the newest shopping mall in Tehran, which has an amazing architecture. It is located in the west of Tehran, off to Chitgar Lake. There are many shops with most brands, many restaurants and cafes, all with a beautiful view to the lake, It is not just a shopping mall, but it's also a great place to walk, relax and enjoy the evening.
Chitgar Lake is an artificial and recreational lake located to the north of Chitgar Park in northwestern Tehran, Iran.
Also known as the Lake of the Martyrs of the Persian Gulf, the complex has a total area of around 250 hectares; 130 hectares across the lake and 120 hectares on its coastal zone and resorts.
About 80% of the body of water comes from Kan Creek, and the remaining 20% comes from central areas and surface runoffs of the district.

دریاچه چیتگر یا دریاچه شهدای خلیج فارس دریاچه‌ای مصنوعی است که در شمال غرب تهران و منطقه ۲۲ شهرداری تهران واقع شده‌است. مساحت این دریاچه ۱۳۰ هکتار است و در مجاورت آن ۱۲۰ هکتار مجموعه تفریحی نیز در پهنه خشکی ایجاد شده‌است. دریاچه چیتگر در شمال پارک جنگلی چیتگر قرار گرفته و جنوب دریاچه به بزرگراه همدانی، شمال آن به بزرگراه همت، شرق آن به بزرگراه آزادگان می‌رسد و از غرب به بافت مسکونی منطقه ۲۲ شهرداری تهران محدود می‌باشد. منبع تأمین آب دریاچه رودخانه کن می‌باشد و به واسطه سیکل بسته و ایزوله سامانه انتقال آب آن هیچگونه آب دیگری وارد سیلاب‌های فصلی و همچنین تغذیه سفره‌های آب زیرزمینی گردد.
مرکز خرید باملند در کنار دریاچه چیتگر قرار دارد. در این مرکز خرید بزرگ و مدرن، علاوه بر فروشگاه‌های برندهای بزرگ، تعداد زیادی رستوران و کافه هم افتتاح شده است که می‌توانید برای رستوران‌گردی به آن‌ها سر بزنید.

Iran Mall is the world's largest shopping mall as of 2019 (still partially under construction) located in northwest Tehran by Chitgar Lake. Its first of two phases opened in 2018 and occupies an area of 1.4 million square meters. The first phase includes 700 shops, a 20,000 square meter hypermarket, a fashion avenue, a diamond and crystal atrium, three food courts with more than 200 restaurants, a 3,300 square meter book garden with 67,000 volumes of books and several book stores, a cinema complex with 12 IMAX cinemas as well as a state-of-the-art 2,000-seat theater, a family entertainment center with a roofed amusement park, a museum, art galleries, a permanent car showroom, an Iranian Bazaar, and three hotels including a 5-star luxury hotel with 450 rooms, a 3,000-seat conference hall, a convention center, several galleries, and meeting and banquet facilities.

Iran Mall is one of the biggest shopping malls in the world. It is under construction in northwest Tehran by Chitgar Lake.Its first of the two phases launched in 2018 and spreads over an area of 1.4 million square meters. The first phase integrates 700 shops and a hypermarket of 20 000 square meters. A fashion avenue, a diamond atrium and a Crystal atrium. 3 food courts with more than 200 restaurants. A book garden as large as 3 300 square meters with 67 000 volumes of books and several book stores. A cinema complex with 12 IMAX cinemas as well as a state-of-the-art 2000-seat theater. A family entertainment center with a roofed amusement park. A museum. Art galleries, a permanent car showroom, an Iranian Bazar. 3 hotels, including a 5 star luxury hotel with 450 rooms, a conference hall with 3000 seats, a convention centre, several galleries, meeting and banquet facilities.
The roof of the mall serves as a sports complex with long routes for hiking, cycling and public activities. It includes 15 sport fields, tennis courts, a 12 000 square meter ice rink, and swimming pools.
The remaining 550,000 square meters are to be inaugurated as part of the second phase. When the project becomes fully operational, the total targeted area will be 1.95 million square meters.
