Khövsgöl Nuur (or Khuvsgul Lake) is the largest freshwater lake in Mongolia, located in the northwest of Mongolia near the Russian border. Thanks to its crystal clear waters, the lake is often referred to as the blue pearl of Mongolia.
The area surrounding the lake is known for beautiful scenery, with pine forests, flower-filled meadows, and dramatic mountains. It's the perfect place to connect with nature and a destination that's great for hiking and horseback riding.
