Kiama NYE 2018 Sky Show

Destination Kiama and Kiama Municipal Council have begun the countdown to the 96.5 Wave FM Kiama Sky Show, with little more than 600 hours until the New Year’s Eve spectacular.

The 2018 Sky Show will again feature the spectacular fireworks display, which will see more than 500 fireworks light up the night sky, accompanied by 96.5 Wave FM’s music simulcast.

Last year’s popular laser shows will then turn Kiama Harbour into an otherworldly stage.

Seven Mile Beach Holiday Park Gerroa

Kiama Classic Family Fun Bike Ride - 17 September 2016

The ride starts from the grass area on Black Beach opposite the Sebel Hotel in Shoalhaven Street. Registration is from 9.00am and the ride starts at 10.30am and follows the shared path around the Kiama showground headland to the end of Kendall’s Beach Caravan Park and turns around and finishes at Black Beach.

The ride is promoted to families and riders are encouraged to enjoy a family friendly bike ride at a relaxed pace as safety is the first consideration.

Helmets are compulsory and for those who attend and fill out a survey on the day go into a draw to win a bike from Kiama Cycle and Sports.

This event is proudly supported by Transport for NSW and Kiama Council’s Road Safety Program as part of a NSW Bike Week event to encourage cycling as a healthy fun active transport option and all proceeds will be donated to the Heart Foundation.

Entry is by donation $2 per person and $5 per family.
