TOYS FOR THE NORTH! - MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS! (4K)
This video is about the RCMP's Toys for the North charity, which collects toys every year to send to children in different remote northern communities in Canada. With the help of volunteers, partners, and airlift support provided by Canadian Forces onboard a Hercules C-130J aircraft, over 1000 toys were flown to Goose Bay NL, and Thunder Bay ON, where they’re picked-up by teams who distribute them to the children. You can enjoy this video in up to 4K UHD in Google’s Chrome browser if you wish - come along for an exciting ride as crews work to deliver the toys North!

Hi everyone! - Important note below - We hope you enjoy this year’s holiday video! Because Julia’s taking it easy this month with the baby due in a few weeks, I thought we probably shouldn’t do something like canoe a Christmas tree this year, and it would be nice to help support a charitable cause instead. I’m a former member of the Canadian Forces myself, so when I heard about their involvement in the RCMP’s Toys for the North operation and learned more about the charity, I couldn’t think of a more wonderful cause to help support. All my production efforts were volunteered, and I used a copyrighted piece of music (which is allowed in YT’s terms of service, though I make $0 in ad revenue) because I wanted to create something really special that people would share, to help further the cause. The RCMP can’t solicit donations from the public, so it’s our hope that we can connect them with as many individuals, volunteers, and potential industry partners as possible, to help the charity grow. So it would mean a lot to them, and to me if you could please take a moment to share the video with others online (here’s the link to this video: ), and help get the word out. There are also other ways to help listed in the video’s description. And for our U.S. audience, you’ll be happy to know the RCMP also delivered a batch of toys to Angle Inlet in Minnesota USA too! As always, thank you so much for watching - please remember to like the video if you enjoyed it, or let us know by leaving a comment. Until the next adventure coming up very soon, Julia and I wish you a Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays! :)
