CourtMacSherry Fin Whale post mortem stranded cork ireland beached Kilbrittain 2009
via
This is an educational video of a post mortem on a whale so if you don't like that sort of thing maybe don't watch.
Photos of skeleton are on display in Kilbrittain and photos of it can be seen on site mentioned above.
This youTube clip shows part of the fin whale's gross post mortem with intestines being cut out. The post mortem was led by Joy Reidenberg, Associate Professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She flew over from the USA that morning. Her research focuses on upper respiratory tract anatomy in a wide range of mammals with particular emphasis on whales, dolphins, and porpoises. Others also working on the gross post mortem were members of the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group (including Simon Berrow and Padraig Whooley), UCC. Cork County Council were present and the civil defence.

WHALE BONES and a CASTLE | Visiting Kilbrittain Ireland | Motorcycling Roads of Ireland
I got to ride my Fazer for the first time this year on a pretty impressively nice day for the 3rd of January!! I took a spin out to Kilbrittain on the advice of JC, and it didn't disappoint. I got to see the bones of an 18m Fin whale and a cool Castle. The Castle is questionably open to the public but sure look, a photo op is a photo op eh.
I'm really looking forward to this year and seeing where the channel will go.
If you know of anyone who would be interested in lending me a bike to review please also let me know!!
Please also don't forget to like, share and subscribe :) If you'd like to see my future videos as they are released also make sure to hit the bell and set it to all
