Craziest Adventure Trip of Desi Boys to The Killarney Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada!!!
A trip by 5 Desi Buddies to Canadian Provincial Park (The Killarney).
So far this was the best Provincial Park we ever have been to, With no restrictions and full privacy. All the camping sites were with enough distance which was best for the friends like us who went to enjoy late night party with campfire and beer :) George lake was very near by to our campsite which was so amazing. We did cliff jumping, canoy sailing, And Hiking to the Crack trail was the most amazing part(One advice don't give up on halfway to trail, The view from the top is worth hiking a long trail). Staff at the park was, so friendly they didn't bother while we were talking and enjoying outside till early morning.I would love to visit this park again and again. I would say this 2 days at Killarney was way better than camping grounds at Tobermory with half price and they don't even charge for person more than 2. I would highly recommend this park just go for it guys you will surely have great time as we had cheers :).

Killarney Provincial Park is a provincial park in central Ontario, Canada.
Although not as well known as the world famous Algonquin Provincial Park, Killarney is one of Ontario's most popular wilderness destinations. With its sapphire blue lakes and white quartzite ridges it is considered one of the crown jewels of the Ontario Park system.
The park contains just one campground at the George Lake entrance as it is primarily a wilderness park. There are few facilities to allow visitors a chance to experience the solitude and beauty of its undisturbed natural setting. It boasts spectacular hiking trails and canoe-in back-country camping. The canoe routes include well maintained portages between lakes. The campground includes six heated yurts which have electric lighting, a power outlet, a propane barbecue and bunk beds.
Situated on the north shore of Georgian Bay in the municipality of Killarney, the park straddles the La Cloche range, large rounded white quartzite hills that dominate the landscape. The white peaks and cliffs contrast with the pine and hardwood forests and the boggy lowlands that surround the park's many lakes.
Quartzite is weather-resistant and contains few nutrient-bearing minerals. Soils, where present, tend to be shallow and infertile. Very stony sandy loam is the most common soil texture reported. Podzol profile development is usual in well-drained situations. Mineral-rich rock types such as diabase and limestone occur locally and the soils that have developed over them support some of the park's more luxuriant vegetation.
The park lies within the Eastern forest-boreal transition ecoregion, so there is a wide variety of plant life. The park is home to moose, deer, black bears, wolves, bobcats, martens, and beavers along with over 20 species of reptiles and amphibians. Over 100 species of birds breed, nest or rest within park boundaries.

Haunted Big McCoy Island on Georgian Bay
A haunted island, Ancient burial ground, Unsolved murder, Screams in the night.
This past summer I took a trip within the world's largest freshwater archipelago.
Little did I know I would find some pieces from a time long past.
Travelling out into the open waters of Georgian Bay My mission was to explore the outer islands of the North Eastern end of this freshwater sea.
The boat ride in its self is a challenging one, and history is full of tales and stories of many a man and woman who have become victims of the outer Islands and her boat eating shoals.
I wanted to spend a few nights camping on Big McCoy Island because of its size and distance from any populated area. Big McCoy is located 33kms from our cottage on Rose Island.
The island is beautiful with a landscape that time seemed to have forgotten. I spent some time swimming in the crystal clear water. The surface temperature was about 10 degrees and made for a very brisk swim.
I circumnavigate the island and stumble on some history, haunted history.
I find the remains of an old fishing camp where tar from their nets has mad a permanent pattern in the smooth surface of the granite shoreline.
I found a large boulder field that I later discover is thought to be an ancient burial ground.
I sat out all night stargazing alone or so I thought. It turns out the ghost of McCoy haunts this island.
The story goes that he was murdered on the first full moon of September for cheating some of the natives.
Rumour has it that if you spend the night on the island on the first full moon of September, you can hear the screams of McCoy protesting his innocence.
