History in Action, Kirby Hall 2001
'History in Action' living history event was held at Kirby Hall, Northamptonshire, Great Britain between 1996 and 2001.
It was one of the largest multi period historical re-enactment events in Europe.
Groups attended from all over Europe to depicted various time periods. Everything from the Romans to 1950s National Service.
For those of us who took part it was also a giggle and one of the 'must do' events of the calendar.
Here are a few clips of the various re-enactment groups appearing.

A little something for Throw Back Thursday, the History in Action festival held at Kirby Hall, Northamptonshire August 2000. Harry & Edna became 'time tarts' that weekend as they appeared in different time periods including a WW1 US Army impression & a WW2 British Home Front impression.
