King County located In Washington State , Originally named after a slave owner by the name of William Rufus King and Not Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. until the year of 1985. King County is the home to the Racist City Of Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Medina. In This Video Two African american/Black Men were Clearly targeted out based upon race, however The one who calls himself Mr. Canty is an Activist and this rookie cop is unaware about what is about to happen next, Mr. Canty is very well known in the community for upholding the United States Constitution and making sure that The Rights Of The People Are Secured Especially when it comes down to People Of Color The Rookie Cop in the video could not match up the description of his made up suspects lol , none of the men were wearing any black hoodies at all, The one man says in the video his bookbag is blue and not black , the other man in the video points out that his paints are not dark, also there is no mistaking any color that the men are wearing because it's broad daylight. Mr. Canty keeps on saying robbery and not left for this reason ... In the courts the terms robbery and theft are interchangeable, however Mr. Canty is clearly from New York and people in New York don't say you theft me, they say you robbed me! King County is also training other cultures/races of people to racially profile Blacks in The United States Of Corruption!
We will start to release these videos systematically in hopes that the videos will bring awareness of the racist tactics and behaviors of King County located in the state of Washington, home to the city of Racist Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, Medina, Federal Way, and Kent . This docuseries is intended to affect King County's revenue as well.

The First Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. It prohibits any laws that establish a national religion, impede the free exercise of religion, abridge the freedom of speech, infringe upon the freedom of the press, interfere with the right to peaceably assemble, or prohibit citizens from petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted into the Bill of Rights in 1791. The Supreme Court interprets the extent of the protection afforded to these rights. The First Amendment has been interpreted by the Court as applying to the entire federal government even though it is only expressly applicable to Congress. Furthermore, the Court has interpreted the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment as protecting the rights in the First Amendment from interference by state governments.
Freedom of Religion
Two clauses in the First Amendment guarantee freedom of religion. The Establishment Clause prohibits the government from passing legislation to establish an official religion or preferring one religion over another. It enforces the separation of church and state. However, some governmental activity related to religion has been declared constitutional by the Supreme Court. For example, providing bus transportation for parochial school students and the enforcement of blue laws is not prohibited. The Free Exercise Clause prohibits the government, in most instances, from interfering with a person's practice of their religion.
Freedom of Speech / Freedom of the Press
The most basic component of freedom of expression is the right of freedom of speech. The right to freedom of speech allows individuals to express themselves without government interference or regulation. The Supreme Court requires the government to provide substantial justification for the interference with the right of free speech where it attempts to regulate the content of the speech. Generally, a person cannot be held liable, either criminally or civilly for anything written or spoken about a person or topic, so long as it is truthful or based on an honest opinion, and such statements.
A less stringent test is applied for content-neutral legislation. The Supreme Court has also recognized that the government may prohibit some speech that may cause a breach of the peace or cause violence. For more on unprotected and less protected categories of speech see advocacy of illegal action, fighting words, commercial speech and obscenity. The right to free speech includes other mediums of expression that communicate a message. The level of protection speech receives also depends on the forum in which it takes place.
Despite popular misunderstanding the right to freedom of the press guaranteed by the First Amendment is not very different from the right to freedom of speech. It allows an individual to express themselves through publication and dissemination. It is part of the constitutional protection of freedom of expression. It does not afford members of the media any special rights or privileges not afforded to citizens in general.
Right to Assemble / Right to Petition
The right to assemble allows people to gather for peaceful and lawful purposes. Implicit within this right is the right to association and belief. The Supreme Court has expressly recognized that a right to freedom of association and belief is implicit in the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments. This implicit right is limited to the right to associate for First Amendment purposes. It does not include a right of social association. The government may prohibit people from knowingly associating in groups that engage and promote illegal activities. The right to associate also prohibits the government from requiring a group to register or disclose its members or from denying government benefits on the basis of an individual's current or past membership in a particular group. There are exceptions to this rule where the Court finds that governmental interests in disclosure/registration outweigh interference with First Amendment rights. The government may also, generally, not compel individuals to express themselves, hold certain beliefs, or belong to particular associations or groups.
The right to petition the government for a redress of grievances guarantees people the right to ask the government to provide relief for a wrong through the courts (litigation) or other governmental action. It works with the right of assembly by allowing people to join together and seek change from the government.

Secret Service gives rare look inside it's ink lab
(8 Jul 2019) In a cabinet inside a modest laboratory in downtown Washington are rows and rows of ink samples in plastic squeeze bottles and small glass jars.
To the untrained eye, it's just a bunch of blackish liquid with strange names like moldy sponge or magic marker.
But to the U.S. Secret Service agents who use the samples, it's the clue that saves the president. Or stops a counterfeit ring. Or identifies the D.C. sniper.
The library contains more than 15,000 samples of pen, marker and printer inks dating back to the 1930s, and the collection is the result of one man, Antonio Cantu, a renowned investigator and former chief chemist at the Secret Service who started picking up samples decades ago.
Cantu died suddenly last year, and the Secret Service recently dedicated the lab in his honor.
The library handles threat letters — the Secret Service protects not only the President but also other high-profile government officials - and phony documents, ransom letters and memorabilia.
The lab is one of several under the Secret Service's questioned documents branch, including handwriting analysis and document authentication and ID and handles between three and 500 cases a year.
Together they work on Secret Service investigations of counterfeiting and fraud and help law enforcement agencies around the nation and worldwide with their own investigations.

Racist Policing And Bias Procedures Of Mental Illness In King County WA (White VS Black)
King County WA , home to the racist Cities of Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Federal Way, Kent , Renton, and Medina.
We now explore Racist Policing And Bias Procedures Of Mental Illness In King County WA (White VS Black) In this video we go deep inside the deep dark secrets of King County and capture the mental illness they don't want tourists to see or know about, and the more than usual mental illness coming from the State Of Washington they don't want the rest of the United States to know about. At first glance if one goes to downtown Seattle WA they think it's a homeless problem only because King County is busy scamming the Federal Government out of FEMA Grant money in the name of a Homeless Crisis that really does not exists in reality. What does exists is Caucasians doing all of the heroin and meth in Seattle and surrounding areas, our course there are very few black people who are still smoking crack, but that is nothing compared to the large amounts of Caucasians addicted to heroin and crack. Most of the mental illness in the State Of Washington is that of Caucasians, however the major news coming out of the State Of Washington fails to put that fact out there. King County is clearly pimping Drug addicts and mental illness and then calling it a Homeless Crisis in order to get Federal Grant Money, So the million dollar question is why have they not fixed this so called Homeless Crisis in over 3 decades? Here is your answer folks, This is a Multi Million Dollar Business! Lets talk about facts ... one vital link is in the description below dealing with King County becoming Not eligible to receive the FEMA Grant anymore/penalized

Vlog of the Boat Industry in Blaine, WA
There are a large number of docked boats this time of year. I'm told it gets much more busy in the summer time. But activity is virtually dead in the winter. I don't mind the lack of activity right now. I can move around in more peace as a result. It helps to get more familiar with places when there aren't a lot of distractions around.
Lots of people in an area can become quite a mind numbing experience. You may find yourself making uncomfortable and unintended eye contact with multiple people you don't know. Maybe some people enjoy doing that, but i don't. As a result, I tend to look around an area less when there are a lot of people around. This causes me to become less familiar with the features of the area. I learn more about the human activity of the area, rather than the area itself.
Now that I have seen all the boats docked, I would be a little curious to watch the activity pick up. It's too cold at 40 degrees for the people around the area right now to go boating. I'm from Wisconsin though, and 40 degrees is like Spring to me.
There are various types of activities that occur in the harbor and it can be seen by the different appearances of the boats. Some of the boats look like they are for leisure, others look like fishing, some are for sailing, while others are for trapping. There are big boats and little boats. Some have large motors, while others may have small motors.
I would venture to guess that none of them use oars. Oars probably create more problems in the dock than they are worth.
I simply walked along a wharf where most of the boats are docked. I parked my car at the library and walked down to the area. It's not a far walk. I've been told that the Border Patrol have probably watched me since that area is popular for crossing illegally into US. A person could walk along the railroad line right into the country.
There is an area out in the water that the boaters want to avoid so they Coast Guard or Border Patrol doesn't give them a hard time. It's a very sensitive area with border crossing and there are occurances several times a week with illegal crossings. Sometimes the tresspassers can get creative with crossing the border. However, some are repeats. Like statistics show 20% of the population are repeat offenders:
I wonder how legalizing marijuana in the state has affected contraband coming into the area. You would think it has reduced.
